This was the Christmas dinner I made, prime rib wrapped in bacon. (I was so proud, that I made this)

Hope you had a good Friday night. Ours was a good one.
We ended up turning off all technology - TV/Tablets/Phones/PC etc and played a family game and then just talked for a couple of hours.
My son loves science and astronomy so we spent a while talking about planets and astrology. He was full of questions LOL.
It was a good night just spending time together.
I pray that everyone is coping through the winter storms.

Good evening,
Another day at work that was pretty slow in customer traffic. I am jammed to the gills with product since I ordered extra for the major snowstorm that will not materialize in my neck of the world. Oh well, less I will have to order for the next week.
Just listening to some music, right now it is Don't Fear the Reaper by Blue Oyster Cult. I think this song has been forever altered for me by SNL, all I hear is the dang cowbell.
I am heading to bed, I don't know what to expect at work, we are suppose to get 1-3inches so it may be busy, it may not be. The chicken wings will be a big seller for football Sunday, so i can count on that at least.

On a completely random and irrelevant note. The Lemax house I received this past week is titled Woodbury cottage
Thank you so much Festive. We're all doing well, furbabies too. So far, so good but it's really just begun. The snow is coming down heavy, they say we'll be getting up to two inches per hour. And I live on the part of the island that will be getting closer to 24 inches!
So funny about the Lemax house, it is a lovely little cottage ♥

HMG...my town is in that 12-24 range on that map...they messed up this storm.
Good Saturday Morning MMC! It's a Saturday Snowstorm and a winter wonderland outside. I went to bed and they said the 3-6 inches we were gonna get changed to 6-9. I wake up and the local guy says "Oops" the storm moved farther north than expected and now we're forecast for 12-18 inches of snow. Yeah...I guess we're making up for lost time here this winter. It's going to snow all day till midnight. Well we were long overdue this winter and now we're getting slammed. Looks like I can catch up on things around the house.

I was surprised to see the forecast this morning. Our local news is saying even higher snowfall amounts are possible! I've already been out to shovel a couple times in the backyard so Maggie could go out. It's coming down so fast!
