Good afternoon all,
What a hectic day. I think I will fix a quick and easy meal tonight as Mr Festive will be out to a fancy dinner with work. Lucky him!

Sorry I can't catch up with everybody today but I brought you guys viennese biscuits to make up for it

Yea...more like Wring someone's neck for bringing us this snow we're supposed to get. I don't need any, much less up to 12"!!!

Yea...the preciseness of meteorology is saying this storm coming through WI is going to bring us 2-11" of snow when it's done by tomorrow morning, but they keep changing on when the snow is supposed to hit. Now it's saying it should be here about 3pm today and diminish about 9am tomorrow. Heaviest snowfall overnight! (Joy...means I'll have to shovel when I get into work at 5am!! ) I like snow, but only from about mid Nov to the end of Jan, then it can all go away!!

It's nice to hear that Maggie and you had such a good night's sleep. Hoping for some more.

So yesterday evening we watched The Big Short, what a fabulous movie, so well acted. Tonight we have Mission Impossible 5 lined up, should be entertaining. Last night we also took Loki out to get groomed. He was really due. Here is the before and after:

The before and after pix remind me of a Lhasa Apso we had when I was young. I came home from school one day and thought we had a different dog ... but it was just Misty with a buzz cut! She usually looked like Loki's "before" picture.

Reminds me of another bargain ... I have a nearly-geriatric iPhone and was dreading having to get a new one, because the current ones are so big (I have small hands) and SO expensive. I heard this week that Apple is bringing out an iPhone the size of my current one, but with up-to-date-technology---with a much lower price than the current models! So ideal! That may push me to get a new one before my old one dies or refuses to update.

It's just tendinitis. It needs some Aleve, some ice, and some exercises for a week, then we'll see how it's doing. Something spontaneously loosened up yesterday evening, and the pain has been less since then.

I agree with you there. They can be so big. The Apple version sounds promising though!

Not a quick fix, but I know the right things to do for it now. Figuring out how I can ice it at work ... we have ice and baggies here, but I need to fasten it to my elbow for 15 minutes. I'll bring something from home.

Yeah that's not fun at all. I don't need snow once January comes...Feb definitely not...March heck no...April well that's just wrong but it's happened.

Yeah, mom was having a lot of problems and said she was to big to even fit behind the steering wheel. So when she went in the doctor was looking over her chart and realized they had never did an ultrasound. So when he did it, he found the first heartbeat, then the second, and then the third. Mom told him he better stop looking after that.
