Merry Rudolph Day!! Just working today and my oldest daughter has an away track meet and my youngest daughter has a chorus concert at 6:30 so hubby and I will go to that. Hope you all have a great day and see you at the Pines!

I'm heading out soon. I have to go back to Target, my husband asked me to pick up a few things for him. Think I'll stop at HomeGoods as well and look around, it's in the same shopping center. Typical day, I'll be working on my daily chores as well. It's going to be warm today, sunny with a high of 84 degrees. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

What a busy day we have:
*Wednesday (so, hey, it's not Monday!)
*Pinesday (and who doesn't love going to the Shishpering Pines?)
*Rudolph Day (I love the 25th!), and
*Made's Birthday! Happy birthday, old friend!

Last night we met Nancy's niece at a Japanese hibachi grill for her birthday. It was great as always, but expensive! Whew! I'll have to live on PB&J for a couple weeks to get over that! j/k Ok, not really kidding.

I hope to cut the grass this afternoon, but we'll see how that goes.

There is a new Japanese hibachi grill opened up not far from here. I have never been to one. We are going to have to check it out. At least the food was great. Expensive nasty food is no good for sure! Enjoy the PB&J's! Hope you have a great Rudy day too!

Yikes that does not sound fun. We get bees and wasps in summer. They come in the house sometimes uninvited. I am forever shaking pillows etc at bedtime when the windows have been open all day.

We have had so many bee's & wasps this year!

They have good chicken too. But everyone goes for the fish. I used to hate seafood; with a passion. It made me feel nauseous just to smell it. But I could eat the Galley fish. It's not fishy at all.
But if you go back that way, you just can't beat The Back 40.

Well we may have to try that sometime. I'm thinking I remember my sister talking about a delicious seafood place over there but we have never gone b/c of those of us who don't care for it. I remember her saying she didn't know if they had anything but seafood. As long as I can get chicken, I'll be ok.

Busy. Busy. Busy! I've been busy the past few weeks with a bunch of things. Mostly training, running, and coaching... as well as teaching, too. Not a whole lot is new here, really. I hope you all have been enjoying the past couple weeks of May. It's great to see another Rudolph Day has arrived.

Perhaps I will be able to sneak in a Christmas movie tonight? We shall see, although I think it will be unlikely due to the fact that there is a Raptors game on TV... I normally don't like basketball, but when there is a Canadian-based team this far into the playoffs of a league where the rest of the teams are American-based, I will watch. It's been exciting thus far, too!

Glad to hear she's doing well. It sure didn't take long for the humidity to show up, did it! Hope Har continues to do well despite the heat/humidity!

We are doing good here too! Gracie was happy to hang out with us at the lake yesterday! She had my Mom laughing pretty hard, the silly girl!

Oh no!!! I'm scared!!! I still don't remember last year's party. Just the bill for the broken tables and for the draining and cleaning of the pool after they caught all of the goldfish.
