Thanks everyone, I had a really good day. I got my husband a birthday and Fathers Day gift and I found a dress for my nephews wedding. I'm so relieved!

Just saw a commercial for frozen hot chocolate from Dunkin Donuts.

I am all caught up, I started tonight 835 posts behind at 830pm and just finished at 1231pm. Catching up on posts in between watching Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final, copying my CD's to the computer, letting the dog out..., etc...
The electricians are done, they installed 2 ceiling fans, 2 outdoor plugs, a ceiling light and a few more things. It was a gift from a family member that wants to remain anonymous within the family, of course my wife and I know who it is, but they don't want anyone else to know. It was an amazing and thoughtful gift.
I am off tomorrow, day 3 of five, just enjoying it now.

So grateful to have my Mom here, Harlowe is enjoying the time with her so much too-Grandma's are the best!
They hit up some garage sales yesterday, and I came home to find a vintage Santa blow mold & vintage jack-o-lantern blow mold, & a vintage plastic popcorn Jack-o-lantern that I've wanted for awhile. We had one just like it growing up =]
It's been nice knowing she's at home caring for Har, and that I have someone to chat with at night.
Our house is coming along, in a last minute dash to the finish line.
But as always, there are issues and we may or may not close in time. Looking at our options right now. It's been a stressful few days-hoping for the best!!

How wonderful you have your mum there these days! Those chats are the absolute best. When my mum left last year. It was the thing I missed most. I am sure you will agree phone is not the same.
You MUST send me photos of the blow moulds!!!!! I have been wanting a santa one for ages like the one I grew up with. They are so rare. Well at least here anyway. I really like the sound of the Halloween ones too! So excited for you to put them up!
Grrrr Frustrating to hear about the possible delays to closing. Keeping everything crossed that it all falls into place. Chin up. Things will work out. I know it's tough till it does though.
