Oh, indeed.
We stand on the threshhold of yet another BIG MILESTONE!
Can you guess which one?
(Actually our regulars already know.)
Tomorrow, we will stand EXACTLY HALF WAY TO CHRISTMAS DAY!

Quite humid again yesterday. Almost oppressive.
Today will be warm again but not as bad.
Had a brief flirt with severe weather predictions yesterday but just got some rain and a little thunder.
This morning has started off wet from last night's rain, with a temperature reading of 71 degrees here in the capital city.

Merry Friday!! Just regular day of work today...my youngest daughter is going to a sleepover today and my oldest one has a party from 6-10 so my hubby and I may go out to dinner. His back is getting better....no more spasms just feeling tight so hopefully it loosens up over the weekend. Have a great day!

Good Friday Morning MMC! TGIF! Happy halfway to Christmas Eve (my personal favorite day of the year). This weekend is supposed to be beautiful weather. It looks like I'll have some time on Saturday to enjoy it. Sunday I am going to a mass that my uncle is having as a deacon (his first one) in the early afternoon. Oh yeah and I still have a piece of that cake left Festive...

Merry Leon Day Eve MMC!! And Happy FRIDAY too!!! Hard to believe we are half way back to Christmas Eve!!

Our town festival starts tonight. House cleaning is as done as it's going to get. Well, I asked my hubby to sweep the carpet in the basement & also the spare bedroom upstairs since he's off work today - hopefully he'll get that done...and then let the fun begin! (I should say continue - it's been a fun week!) When I get home from work this afternoon there should be a camper sitting in our back yard. Our friends are moving in this morning! Fun times! The weather is supposed to be beautiful, though HOT with a chance of storms on Sunday. Hopefully they hold off until overnight Sunday! xx

I am excited!! Harlowe was so excited to see me when I stopped by, I hated to leave her <3
Adi was building a gate for our deck, bless his heart! Mostly for our peanut, but also because it will be nice to have.
Hopefully we'll make a good dent of unpacking before next week comes.

THAT'S what I was missing! Christmas music!!!! I didn't have Leinie's either but I did have Bud Light Lime! I may have to tell my hubby to pick up some Leinie's for the weekend though! (I still miss Lemonberry Shandy!)

All of this White Christmas and snow talk is great! It helps to keep my mind off of the fact that it is nasty hot and humid outside today!

We just ran out to Lowe's and a bookstore and within a minute we were drenched in sweat. I hate this kind of heat and humidity.
I wish my summer break was in the fall and winter.

It was SO muggy yesterday! Whew! Sounds like a HOT weekend, maybe there's a chance it won't be so muggy! xx As warm as it h as been through the day, it's crazy how chilly it has been sitting outside the last 2 nights!

The thought of me having to attend that many weddings makes me laugh. I don't think I'd handle it very well, lol. Although you did mention the weddings aren't as formal where you are, I'm sure that makes a difference. But still, that's a lot of weddings to attend!!!

Right, our weddings are not formal. Men wear dress pants, shirt & tie, women are in dresses, but not formals. Good luck finding jewelry!!

Very busy day like usual, losing the sleep battle one again.
JP's baseball team was eliminated from the playoffs tonight, it may be his final time playing baseball, he wants to play lacrosse next year.
6 more working days until vacation.

Merry morning,
It is a historical day for Britain. Things feel chaotic and unstable here at the moment but I imagine things will start leveling out again.

Other than that , mum is having trouble getting the vaccine requirement as it is unavailable every place she has tried near her. If we had more time then things would be better but her flight is on Monday. With the weekend here , today is the last day for something to work out.
