Good Morning, Fellow MMC Citizens.
And there are a few things any good citizen should know,
one of them being the count status.
Therefore, we present today's civics lesson:
Days to the Season: 123
Days to Christmas Day: 165
But to round out our important knowledge base, we should also be aware of our Milestone situation.
Well, the fact is......
TOMORROW
will see us arrive at a Milestone Day, that point being the 2/3 Season marker!
(OK. Class dismissed......until tomorrow, that is.)
More rain yesterday evening, accompanied by some lightning and thunder. (Nothing severe)
Today? Likely more of the same, with the hope that things will clear up by the weekend.
Currently, we are under partly cloudy skies with a temperature reading of 76 degrees.
A Wonderful Wednesday?
The statistics show you are more likely to have one if you keep a Christmas song on your lips and the spirit of the Season in your heart.
(And, of course, if you pay a visit to the Shispering Pines this evening, where Carl will be waiting at the door with that first complimentary fired twinkie and ice cold sweet tea!)

Not much going on here today! Just work & Gracie goes to the groomer! (yes, I have the right date this time...ha ha) It's going to be a hot one with a chance of storms later this afternoon, though they keep pushing back the rain. It will probably miss us again! Our grass is so brown & crunchy!

I do like the BERS but I very much like longer days! And the BERS means storing our boats, convertible & closing up at the lake for winter! Boooo!Turn that frown upside down.
Because that means we are getting closer to the BER months!
Why do I like the BERS again?? Oh ya...that means CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!

going to be hot hot hot here today. A great day to cuddle up to the AC. It is only 7am and already 29c (84f) with predictions that the humidity will send the heat up to 42c which is 107f ! yikes. So glad I have today off. We are going to the library this morning but that should be our only outing today.

Good Wednesday Morning MMC! Happy Pines Day! How's everyone doing this mid-week? I am having back to back 4 day weeks here so I'm thinking next week will seem so long for me. But it's all good...I have another 3 day weekend at the end of July. I'm really loving July despite the heat/humidity. We have not had much rain though and could use it.
