:p :D ;)

Yep..its just slight but I sit there every morning and I can already notice. I dont know about your side of the state, but if we dont get rain..fall will be a bummer. Our leaves are wilting bad and its tough to find any grass that is green..lol. Time to fire up the hurricane dance for rain
The leaves don't look that bad here (yet) but I agree if we don't get some decent rain this summer by early fall the leaves will be wilting instead of turning beautiful colors.

Mmmm! They sound delicious!

The bar that opened down the road from my aunt & uncle's lake home has amazing seasoned crinkle fries!

As far as chains, I like Arby's curly fries. McDonalds fries can be good, too.
TGI Friday's & BW3's also have great fries!
Now I'm really hungry for French fries! :p
I do like a good seasoned fry too. There is a place about a mile from our trailer that has delicious seasoned fries. Almost forgot about them. And a restaurant on the other side of the lake that has the most amazing, very HOT (spicy) seasoned fry. Mmm, Mmm, Mmm!

Awesome!!
Sounds like you'll have a wonderful time!
And it's great that you have someone you can count on to take good care of Gracie <3 And Gracie will be comfortable, too =]
Exactly! I'm so thankful for her!!!

The leaves on our maple tree out front almost look like they are trying to turn already! :(

I am so sad! Gracie's groomer lost their Wheaten, Baily last week!

Kelly said one night she got sick. She said her poo was firm but it wasn't "normal" (sorry for TMI) - and then she got sick a couple times. She called the vet & she said it sounded like a stomach thing - keep an eye on her & keep her posted. Baily settled down around 11:30pm & at 1:15 am she let out a horrible sound. She was starting the process. Kelly called the vet & they rushed her to the emergency clinic an hour away, but she died on the way. They have no idea why. She was 9 1/2 - both her parents are still alive. I feel so terrible for them. Kelly said her husband is really really struggling with it. She was his girl. :( o_O Now I will really worry about Gracie if she gets sick, as dogs do from time to time. Gracie & I just played with Baily last week Wed when I brought Gracie there on the wrong date. So sad!

Truly heartbreaking...thoughts and prayers to them and everyone affected. Hope they can figure out what happened. :(

It is heartbreaking. I was just so shocked! I have only met Baily a hand full of times, but it's still so sad to me! I can't imagine how sad it is for them. Thanks!

Hello all. Sorry I have not posted in a few days. We have been a little busy and getting our new heat pump/air conditioner. It is now fully installed and doing a great job of cooling the house. The last 2 days were a bit miserable in the house because we had no cooling while they were installing, and of course it was 90+ degrees and high humidity both days. But all is good now!
Last night my wife, oldest son and I went to see the band Hollywood Vampires at a local outdoor arena. If you are not familiar with Hollywood Vampires it is Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp (yes, that Johnny Depp), Matt Sorum (drummer from Guns and Roses) and a couple of other guys from other bands. Usually, Joe Perry from Aerosmith is with them, but was in the hospital. Anyway, they played cover songs from dead rock bands/musicians. Such as David Bowie, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, and many others. It was a great concert! Johnny Depp is a really good guitar player. I have always wanted to see Alice Cooper in concert so that was really awesome. It is amazing he is 68 years old and still has tons of on stage energy and enthusiasm.
Well, I think that about catches up my goings-on. I hope everyone is having a great day!
