Oh no!! I guess I spoke a little to soon!! DARNIT!!! Don't they know the anticipation is working on all of us! Lol! But seriously - what a bummer! I'm glad he's getting his final check up & you can get him tomorrow morning but still! Grrr! They could have called yesterday to say the check up wasn't going to be until today! Hope you can go in late on Thursday! xx

Well the good thing is the guy we've been dealing with called me today. He was off for 4 days. We feel more comfortable dealing with him cause he was more in on the loop on the last 2 weeks with us. He told me 100% he will be there tomorrow 10AM.

At lunch I made the 1st batch of fresh salsa for the year. OMGosh! This is definitely my lunch today! YUM!!!

Hello everyone. I'm finally logged on! Been having issues like some of you have trying to get on MMC.

Hope you all have a great day. It's good to be back on. I could hardly stand the almost 24 hrs I couldn't log in. Am I an addict?

They called and said he's on his final check but instead of Monday afternoon he got in Tuesday so they want me to pick him up 10AM Wednesday...yes yet 1 last and final (I hope) day of waiting? Just gonna stay at work then and get his stuff first thing Wednesday, pick him up, spend all day with him...and maybe come in to work a little late on Thursday to spend a little extra time with him. I can't take anymore waiting lol.

Ugh...sorry you have to wait but sounds like they are doing a great job of keeping up on his health.

Wow, did we ever get the rain! Hardly any puddles out there, because it has been so dry of late. It was the nice steady, sometimes heavy downfall that gardens love. My zucchini plants are so perky now!

I will. My brother said the same that he wishes we could take all the dogs there home. They all deserve good owners and I hope they all get one.

I haven't checked on the tomatoes or the basil, but I'm sure the plants that have survived the mole tunneling are just as perky as the zucchini ~ they love rain! I'm already planning raised beds w/some type of screen on the bottom for next year's garden.

Thanks M! We did receive over 3" of rain! We might even have to mow the grass! It's been raining off & on today - mostly on all morning! Now it's more spotty!
So happy your garden is turning around! You'll be canning & freezing soon too!

It's in about 25 minutes, 10:30 my time.
And when I was researching what we should be doing at this point, since her diagnosis, I was hit with the sad reminders of this horrible disease.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still hopeful and optimistic! Just frightened of progression.

Adrian spent an hour & a half at the vet's office today. Harlowe had an exam, and a few different tests run. They did full labs, and an x-ray on her heart as well. So now we wait for results, and should hear back sometime tomorrow. I hate the waiting game.
