I had a cat years ago that used to steal money. I would empty pockets when I got home and sometimes would think bills were missing. Being single then I never cleaned under the bed..lol, one day I was looking for a sock and saw a pile of money under the bed. I dont remember now but it was well over 100.00 in bills.

LOL!! Made me laugh so much.
Similar thing with Gretchen except what I found were just torn pieces of notes in a pile !!

I heard from Adi, and there is some swelling in her back. They prescribed an anti-inflammatory. I hope the diagnosis is accurate, and it gives her relief quickly. Also praying it heals well.
They also prescribed some antibiotic ointment for the skin irritations, as there is an infection present. I am going to buy her a vet recommended dog shirt for anti-itching and anti-licking, so she doesn't have to wear the cone of shame. (She never does well with them, gets quite depressed. And I'm sure they are uncomfortable, as well!)

Oh goodness. I wonder what caused the swelling. Glad they found what is causing her discomfort though. Prayers for the antibiotics to work quickly.

Oh yeah I need to get some Halloween candy this week. Haven't bought any yet!

My candy keeps disappearing - I put it down to creatures of the season - goblins, ghosts ....

Friday does feel like a weekend even being at work...always said Mon, Tues, Wed, Thu all feel the same at work and Fri feels different.

Agree! Everybody is in a better mood on Friday!!

I hope the prescription helps! It's always a positive when they come back with a diagnosis that can be treated instead of "we're not sure."

Merry Monday!

Please keep Harlowe in your prayers, fingers crossed they can get her in quickly today. She is in a lot of discomfort and just keeps running around with her head held low, tail under her legs, weaving in & out of our legs. She just won't sit still, can't seem to get comfortable. Breaks my heart. I really wish her vet was in today. Hopefully another one she has seen has an opening.

Another week has arrived, hope its good to you. Have a blessed day!

Hope it doesn't slow my running down! Seriously though, other than still being exhausted from the weekend, I haven't been this happy in a long time!
