She made a dish with bowtie pasta, alfredo sauce, spinach and artichoke. It was great! As a matter of fact, that's what I'm having for lunch today, too.

Yet another beautiful fall morning is present in Ottawa. Temperatures are currently a slightly chilly 12c/54f. The sun is out and there isn't much of a cloud in the sky, which makes it feel a little warmer. Highs today are to reach around 20c/68f. It's quite decent for the first week of October.
I missed popping in yesterday. We hosted a couple boys soccer games yesterday at Russell. We lost the first game 3-0, but scored two own goals and gave up another on a heavily disputed penalty kick. The guys player real well. In the second game, we scored 3 goals early and won 3-2. It was the school's first win in two years. I felt very happy for the boys. They played great!
Not much is planned for today. I couldn't do my full gym workout yesterday, so I will probably have to stop in a bit after teaching today and then go out for a run afterward. Glad the rest of the night should be quiet... with the exception of watching the Blue Jays vs. Orioles game.
Well, I should get back to the class. We're in a lab right now, so it's making my day a little easier. Most of them are working pretty well... I need to get on the ones that are not...
