Look at that face!! You can tell she is NOT happy!!! LOL! POOR GRACIE!!!
Merry Monday, MMC!
Hope you all had a nice, Christmassy weekend~
Mom & I had a wonderful time baking together & watching Christmas movies.
And we had a blast being snowed in! The storm started Saturday evening, and it's only stopped snowing for a few hours since. A beautiful winter wonderland! Adrian got good use out of his new snow blower. He and a few of our neighbors helped people get out of their driveways in our cul de sac, after the plows went through. It was nice to see everyone chipping in.
I really feel the time crunch! Christmas season is going by too quickly, I just want to freeze time & be able to take it all in. I know I'm not the only one feeling that way, sending hugs and prayers up for all.
Have a merry & magical week!

Happy Tuesday Frosty. Heavy duty snow there will there be any above freezing thaw before Christmas? Have a fun day and keep warm. Watch that back when shoveling too...Morning all! We got a lot of snow here, some parts got close to a foot. So awesome! I hope you're all having a wonderful season and enjoying your time with those you love.
Greetings NMC. I certainly pray that Carolina is feeling better. Hopefully your final day of shopping is your final day of shopping...I will be heading out to do the last of my shopping soon. Carolina will stay home with my brother. I don't want to be dragging her in and out of stores while she is still coughing everywhere have a great day
Happy Tuesday Snowflake. It is always nice to see neighbors helping out. We have the same type of thing here. Not on a Cul De Sac, but people assist in driveways and sidewalks (especially in heavy snow days). I'm glad you were able to enjoy some quality "Holiday" time with your Mom. Looks like she is having a lot of fun. Time is getting short and like most, I still have a few things to get done. Hoping that by next weekend, everything will be done and we can all relax a bit before Santa takes flight.Merry Monday, MMC!

Nice addition to that 4 wheeler. I have this huge Snowblower in my garage and one of these years I am going to figure out how to use it...Wow! That's quite a road trip!
We have a neighbor that has a plow on his 4 wheeler, and he does the sidewalks and walking paths for us walkers/ dog walkers. He's a really great guy, but I also think he just has a blast doing it!
Morning to you. Our last snowfall was also 2-3 and it was my favorite... light & fluffy. The kind you can use the snow pusher and get it all to the end of the driveway before getting the shovel to toss it to one side (or the other). The only bad part is getting the inflatables out from under the snow blanket and then clearing some space so they can stand upright. Enjoy the cookies... baking for me is next weekend.Good afternoon,
Whoops! We got a phone call at 5:15 this morning from the schools saying that school was canceled today. I rolled over and called out without even looking outside this morning. I probably should have looked, we only got about 2-3 inches. I should have gone in, but I took advantage of it got more sleep after such a busy weekend, and then finally got some use from the snowblower we bought last year. Nothing much else going on, I did watch The Great Christmas Light Fight, my wife is making cookies for the first time this holiday season, she has been itching to make for weeks.
I hope you all are enjoying your day.
Morning NMC. I will be finishing the wrapping for gifts that need to go Bye-Bye. I pray things go well for your Grandma. I can sympathize though, I never enjoy going to the medical facilities. Not so much that I will hear bad news, but more of the "I am not sure... that will be $50". I can say that without a degree and would only charge $10...I was able to get 2 presents wrapped so far. That means I am more ahead than I was last year. Carolina wanted to help so I am sure by tomorrow my dad and brother will both know what I got for them. She helped my mom yesterday am with wrapping and let me know that I am getting a shirt from my grandma (my mom does my grandmas shopping and wrapping since she can't see).
Also, my grandma will be having surgery December 30th and hopefully be coming home New Years Eve. She doesn't want the surgery but because she is fairly healthy 90 year old the dr and family feel surgery is the best option so she can continue to live a full life
