Thought I'd share this little nugget of info with the people who'd appreciate it most: you
While searching YouTube yesterday for something totally unrelated, I happened upon a Julie Andrews Christmas special from 1972, in which Jimmy Stewart was her special guest. I thought I'd check out a few minutes, and wound up watching the entire thing!
Of course, being Julie Andrews, you know it's going to be a more quality production than some of the fare the 70s offered (much of it quite good, mind you). And I'll tell you, if you want that little something to pick up your Christmas Spirit a notch, watch this. The songs, the settings, it's absolutely beautiful.
I was very surprised I never knew of this (I'm Classic Christmas, after all

).How this hasn't been an annual tradition on TV is beyond me.
So, if you're looking for that little something, maybe something that harkens back to a time when our world, and us, were more innocent, and the pace a bit slower, do yourself a favor and check this out...you won't regret it!
