Cut it down to apprx. 10 different kinds this year.
Soooo..I made your Orange cookie. Simply amazing!! I had to make a second batch due to me eatting 12 out of the 1st..lol!! I might try next time replacing Orange Juice with eggnog

Good Thursday late morning! So we realized today that Loki is now able to open the pantry door. We thought we hadn't closed it properly yesterday when David came home and found some of my Shredded Wheat cereal all over the place. But today, we know we closed the door properly when we went to run some errands, but we came home to the door ajar and more cereal on the floor (and I'm sure in Loki's tummy). So now we'll have to find a way to secure that door. Sneaky little one, that Loki. On my way to work now, have a great day everyone!

Too funny! I can relate - my sister made some choc covered caramels (using caramel from Amishville) & she put sea salt on top of them. Nobody will be seeing those in their candy trays this year eiter!

I have probably thought of a dozen different cookies to make with this recipe. Cider, Eggnog, Dr.Pepper etc.

My sister used to have a huge black dog that could open not only her pantry, but the refrigerator. He stole 5 turkey breasts that she bought to serve at a party, and they found two shoved down inside different pieces of furniture. The consensus was that he ate the rest.

David is doing better, thank you. He started physio yesterday and he has exercises to do at home and he's really feeling it. But it will help in the short term. He hopes he can get light work duties at his job, he hates staying home.
