I have about 5 presents left to fix up. I started on them but am exhausted from all my running today. I just have to glue magnets to the back and wrap them up. I have to go to 1 more store tomorrow to get the last stocking stuffer since the first target I checked didn't have it. I called ahead and they are holding it for me for the am. I also found a half day sub job for the morning. I am sure the kids will be so psyched tomorrow. Have a great night
I feel for ya. Used to happen to me every New Years Eve, I would get the flu 2 days before.
Where did the season go?!!! Wasnt it just Halloween? My season starts earlier than most people, but it seems like it went by just as quickly this year. (This is where Edge comments my season begins in July..lol) So we have have 2 days to go!!! Everyone make them count!!!

Yes.
It's really that close.
It was actually nearly warm here yesterday, with plenty of sun, no rain and calm winds. Got some good outdoor work done before cooler weather closes back in on us.
Right now, on this Exhilaratingly Exciting Eve of the Eve, we show 36 degrees on our back door thermometer.
Well, here we are at the final Weekend Eve before Christmas Eve, Guys.
How we got here is a mystery. (The magic of Christmas, I guess.)

Seriously feels like YESTERDAY we were October 23 counting down to Halloween...this season has been a total blur. And no I won't say your season begins in July...it begins December 26th

Good Christmas Eve Eve morning. Yikes. How'd that happen? As Gunny says it literally feels like yesterday we were getting ready for Halloween. Only good thing I can tell those who are a little nervous about Christmas ending is...even when it does you know that the next one is not that far away. Just look how fast this year has gone. It's crazy. I remember in January talking to you guys in this thread about how I was postponing taking my tree down. That seems like a few weeks ago lol. The way I describe time now is a month is simply a REALLY long week. That's all it is though. Nothing more. But anyway, no time to look at the past...I'm off today with a million things to do. I'm glad that I decided to take it off. This will help set me up for a very fun and relaxing Christmas Eve/Day. The last day before the Dynamic Duo as I call them. Have a great TGIF everyone!

A busy day here, but I'm starting slowly, with MMC and Kringle Radio, before I get cranking. Hoping to find time for a movie later!

Happy Christmas Eve eve everyone!
I hope this finds you all well. The Christmas baking is well under way here, cinnamon rolls are in the oven, gingerbread biscuits are made and the double choc chip cookies are ready for the oven next. I think I will leave it at that today. Tomorrow I will complete the rest of m cookies and 2 cheesecakes aswell as xmas muffins!
The girls are so excited for tracking Santa tomorrow, I don't know why but it feels quite surreal to me that it's only 2 days away? Even though I count down all year I feel as though it's crept up on me too fast!

I can hardly believe Christmas is there again.
Finally this week is over and I am off of work for two works....
now Kandice and I are just chilling in front of the TV enjoying the Christmas Tree and the lights.....we watched "Little Lord Fauntleroy" and are now watching some type of Quizshow....when Kandice is asleep I´ll have to wrap up her presents...and then I´m off to bed myself.......resting and dreaming of the next three days!!!
