Good Morning MMC !!!

How are all you in the path of all this rain doing? It is due to hit here later this morning with lots of rain fall and flood warnings out. With all the rain we have had already, there is no place for more to go.

Off work today so doing some baking, putting a turkey in the oven later and doing some running around, hopefully before it starts to rain.

Enjoy your day off! Your house will smell amazing again today!! Hope you can stay dry while you're out running around! We have a flood watch starting at noon. It's really raining right now...

Have a great day Holiday, we are scheduled for rain all day tomorrow!! Boo!!

We are too...it started last night & isn't supposed to stop until sometime Saturday when the forecast says "Showers early becoming less numerous later in the day"

Happy Friday Eve, friends!! Sun is out now but it is def cooler. Just the usual work for me today and I am making chicken tacos for dinner!

Taco's sound great!! Which reminds me I need to brown some burger tonight for the Mexican Pizza's at the lake tomorrow - we are having a Cinco De Mayo celebration! YUM!

I heard on the radio this morning it's national Star Trek Day! May The Fourth Be With You!

Not much going on again today. Just work & watching it rain. Today is my hubby's last day of work until May 15th - lucky duck!

I think today is national Star WARS day. It's not as important as Star TREK'S First Contact Day, April 5th. That's the day the Vulcans first landed on Earth to make peaceful contact. Now THAT'S a day to remember!

I always mix up the 2. Never really watched much of either of them although there as a game my Uncle had a very long time ago on the compute that was a lot of fun...and it was either Star Trek or Wars. I think it was Star Trek.

• Star Wars is a fantasy, and only "happened" a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away
• Star Trek is going to happen here in 2063

I have an original Fine Molds Falcon hid away. The 1st one I ever bought was around 100.00 retail which was crazy money at the time. As soon as it was known that Disney was releasing the 1st movie they went to over 600.00 for a kit. Now you are extremely lucky to find an original for under 3000.00 u.s.
