It's a cool and rainy morning, we're only going to have temperatures in the 50's today. Not too much going on. I have a dentist appointment later this morning for a routine cleaning. :( I just turned on my heater - the air blowing through the office was freezing me out! I shut the windows & turned on the heater for a bit. It's 60º outside, but that air coming through the window has a chill to it!

I insist on some summer weather before the end of June. And a summery July Fourth!
 
Merry afternoon,

Pouring rain here. I mean that's nothing new for here but it is worse than usual.

It looks like we might be moving next week Friday! We complete the sale and purchase on the same day so it means just a couple of hours to move house! I will try to have everything packed by night before.

Hello all.
Not much going on here today, just lounging around a bit. Henry started the summer reading program through the local library today. So glad he enjoys reading.

I started my second summer course for my Master's yesterday. So most of the rest of the summer I will have two classes going on. Really it is not too much work. Lots of reading and forum posts with a couple of papers sprinkled in for good measure. But once summer is over I only have 2 more real classes and then my thesis prep class and writing my thesis itself. This time next year I will be in the middle of writing my thesis. By the end of next summer I will be done! My wife just recently received her official Master's degree in the mail. She finished a couple of months ago, but had to wait until the university had their graduation.

Good Afternoon ... It rained again this morning but thankfully it did bring a relief to the humidity we had yesterday. After the rain there was a nice chill in the air, almost chilly enough for a sweater. My checking account has been enjoying the savings of not having to run the heater or central air ... Would love to get a couple more weeks with the windows opened and not have to turn on the central air but I think I might be pushing my luck there .. I can at least hope :)

I think tonight I will start working on the next project, adding another shelving unit to the garage. I already have the shelves, just need to clear out the space where I want to put it.

Enjoy the cooler weather!! Our AC has been on for several weeks already, thanks to allergies. I hope you get to enjoy many more days of windows open!

Everyone, have a great evening!! It's nice to be leaving work now & I don't have to be back until Friday Eve!! :) Looking forward to a day of cooking at Moms tomorrow. :)
