Morning MMC! Happy Tuesday. I had a crazy busy Monday at work so the day went so fast even though I worked overtime. Today we expect a high in the upper 70s with a chance of a few showers and a thunderstorm. Hopefully won't rain too much as I have been bringing Rollins every day after work to the park. By the way, I have to show you what he did when I got his new harness on him. I put him in the car and he went to sit in the back by himself quietly (too quiet). 5 minutes later when we arrived he showed me what he thought of his new harness and how he could outsmart me taking it off himself.

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!

It was a long, hot weekend filled with attempts at mowing the lawn, mixed with mower repairs in the hot sun. Also, repairs to the pool pump. That was my Saturday. Then yesterday my brother wanted to cut down some huge pine trees in his yard. That was a lot of work, too. Thank goodness for Monday!!

On the bright side, we had boiled peanuts at Nancy's parents' home Saturday night, and a great lunch at mom's yesterday.

Greetings Brad. I had kind of the same type of day, only mine happened on Monday. The one thing I have always liked about the snow is that you had a built in reason not to do any yard work. Okay, I know I am originally from California and transplanted myself into the mid-west, but boiled peanuts?

Good morning MMC! Merry Monday! Merry Milestone Day! It's another beautiful day!

Gracie had a pretty good weekend. She had a lot more energy but yesterday while we were out & about she started with diarrhea! And lots of it. UGH! Poor girl!! Jim is off work today so it's up to him to keep an eye on her & decide if he needs to bring her in again today, or what! She has an appointment tomorrow afternoon if she doesn't go today. That girl!

Nice photo there Edge. I once had a cross border collie and chow that showed me what she thought of seat belts. They cost a lot to replace...

Good morning ~
Merry Tuesday!
It's going to be mostly cloudy today with scattered showers and a high of 77 degrees. I have to do some food shopping this morning, hopefully the rain won't be too bad. Not too much else planned, other than that I will be working on some chores around the house. I would like to take a ride to my parents house at some point as well. They just got back from their place in Pennsylvania and I'd like to catch up with them. That's about it. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful day!

Afternoon all!! Putting the finishing touches up on my diorama that is going to Indy to become owned by a sponsor for their display cases. Sometimes I have a brainstorm..and today I just couldnt figure out how to scale some Dragon eggs for the diorama. I grabbed a bag of Pistachios and started cracking em when it dawned on me..lol the answer was in the bag. Shells scaled perfectly with the size dragons and figures I had used. I love it when a plan comes together!! --Hannibal Smith

Phew, I am ready for summer to be over. It has been sickeningly hot here in Colorado! I'm so ready for the leaves to fall, and for some snow to fall (although, it never hangs around for long). Also, I put up my Christmas decor on Halloween. I shut off most of the lights, and put on some music and take out and put up all my decorations. It's lovely!

Hi Michelle. I'll join you in that Summer sentiment. I have never been a person for weather that tops 90. Have a fun Tuesday and remainder of the week.

Good morning HMG. Suppose to be a bit of light rain today with highs in the lower 70's. Just curious, do you do a lot of the shop today, cook today style? I use to be that way when I was younger and I noticed you make a lot of trips to the store. Anyway, have a marvelous Tuesday and here's hoping you find that time with your parents soon...

Not overly hot, fortunately, but it was still rather uncomfortable.
Today is predicted to bring another good chance of precipitation, and we are supposed to reach the 90 degree mark.
We have started off at a very humid 79 degrees.
