Awww, poor little baby, HJ is so darn cute. Here’s an idea, Shiloh and Ariel just loved it last winter. We plugged in an electric heating blanket, put it on like 2 or 3, and put it on the futon. More than once I came into the room and I look over and saw both of them, on their backs, paws in the air, sound asleep. Ohhhh, they were 2 happy kitties last winter.

We finally get to go to Duffields for Carolinas school trip today. We will go on a hayride to the pumpkin patch and pick pumpkins. The classes will each get a bible lesson from their bible teacher in the learning barn. While they are with their bible teacher the parents will be able to go inside the farm stand and shop if they would like.
The high today should be 69 which is perfect for a hayride. It is supposed to rain tonight into tomorrow. I hope everyone has a great day

Bible lessons from their bible teacher? Well, thats some like some very sound education for kids. That’s my kind of school.

She goes to a Christian Nursery School so that is how she gets Bible class. Every child who is enrolled in the nursery school is given a children's bible during their first year of school. It's pretty awesome

I get to say "Good Morning MMC" today as I'm at my "old" job 1st this morning! Merry Friday Eve!!

Just work for me today job #1, then job #2 this afternoon - tonight I have a ton of laundry to do- I've been slacking this week!! I'll get that started at lunch. Last night I browned some burger to make chili over the fire this weekend, & also made some cheddar pepper pretzels for the weekend. We had a bonfire at the neighbors. It got later than I excepted, but boy did I sleep good when I finally made it to bed!

We didn’t. We weren’t hungry when we were walking around town. Then when we went and checked into the hotel over in Bridgeport, Mom was starving and just wanted to walk next door to Cracker Barrel instead of going back.



Thanks!! Amishville was fun!! It was the last day for the outdoor flea market in shipshewana, so we got some good deals. And the food, I thought I was going to explode. Lol!!

Good morning MMC ~
Merry Thursday!
It’s going to be mostly sunny with highs near 70 degrees. I took Rocky for a walk earlier and locked myself out of the house lol. Thankfully I had my cell phone on me and my husband was able to come home to let me in. I just caught him, he was getting ready to drive in to the city to be on a job site. Hopefully the rest of the day will be uneventful. Just a typical day of errands and chores for me. I took chicken out for dinner, I’m trying to decide what to do with it. I might throw together a chicken pot pie if I have all of the ingredients. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!!!

Wow! I get to do a little midweek check-in. Bambina woke me up last night and said she wanted to sleep with us. I put her in the bed, she went to sleep, and turned into the Karate Kid. So, I get up and go get on the couch. When I do, I lay down in a pile of vomit. THAT. WAS. AWFUL.

She must have gotten sick when she was coming to get in bed with us. Needless to say, I have been wide awake since about 3:00 a.m. She stayed home from school...just in case. She is laying next to me watching Rock Dog...her new favorite. In the meantime, I'm getting some much needed things done around the house while the wife is at work.

Macaroni and cheese candy canes? I think I will sit that one out. LOL.

I hope Bambina is better soon!

Forgot to post this about two weeks ago. While doing a quick run in local flea market found these really cool Cookie tins. The one wanted was the "It's a Wonderful Life Raisinets 65 years of Movie Magic' Since I was looking she offered me all of them for a dollar. How could I not take that deal?

On ebay the Its a wonderful life one goes about 15 bucks.

then we have a vote 88 M&M, and another M&M one.
the last one is a Maxwell coffee tin looks like thanksgiving

Yes it was quite fun. I imagine Carolina will be quite tired tonight. There is also an area called pumpkin land for the kids that has hay bales for playing on. I'm sure bedtime will be early
