I see what you mean! It looks like all the branches are the same length, instead of longer ones at the bottom tapered to shorter ones at the top. Definitely worth complaining about!
I have contacted them. I have also printed off a label. I can return for free. But I will wait to hear from them before I return it. :)

Same story in my neighborhood. I'm still enjoying my indoor white lights and my flameless flickering candle, though! They may stay there until it's light past 6 p.m.
It actually has been light here past 6pm the last week or so. YAY!! My lights will be up until early/mid March. And then when I decorate for Easter there are still lights on the mantle. :)

I think they have an online complaint form that allows you to attach photos, if you need to show them what the problem is. I hope in the end you wind up with the perfect tree!

I looked for a place to attach photo's, but wasn't able too! I did tell them in my message that I would like to send pictures, so I'm hoping they respond. It said to allow 2 days for response.

Wow! They responded already & asked for pictures. They have already offered a $15 discount if I keep the tree. Hmmmm

Good Morning, Guys.

Over the hump and on the back slope to the weekend!

And let's grease that slope with the latest exciting count numbers:
Days to the Season: 292
Days to Christmas Day: 334

If that's not exciting enough, try this on for size -- the ONE QUARTER marker to Christmas Season 2018 stands just 18 days ahead. Barely over 2 1/2 weeks.
(Now that should make this final leg to the weekend all that more enjoyable!)

Well, the rain disappeared yesterday but the colder weather has returned, with our starting temperature this morning being 30 degrees.
We will remain chilly today, then really turn cold tonight when we dip back down into the 20's.
(Mother Nature never lets us get too complacent this time of year!)

But regardless of your weather situation, you keep the Christmas faith and its message, as you have a Totally Thrilling Thursday, Folks!
Thanks Crown! Happy Rudolph Day #1!

Well, when I went home for lunch I took the top section of the tree off. In the daylight I could see there were like branches on "hinges" that needed to be pulled down! I saw them last night, but I didn't want to break it. So at lunch I got brave & pulled them down. (They were kind of hard to pull down!) What a difference!!!! I need to email the company back & apologize!!! Good thing I was friendly in my email. Ha ha ha! Whoops!!

That looks so much better! Glad it wasn't actually defective!

I agree!!! I think I still like my other tree better, but I don't think it's fixable!!! :( I'm sure this one will grow on me! ;)

Have a great evening everyone. I hope you all have a chance to do SOMETHING fun to celebrate Rudolph Day this evening!!! :)

Much better, looks beautiful!
Hope you have a nice night!

I would definitely do that!!! It would be a blast!

What a bummer about the weather forecast!! Has that happened before? It's not supposed to be 50 in Frankenmuth the end of January!!!

Indeed it would!

There have definitely been some very warm days for the Snow Fest, but I don't think it got quite as high as they are predicting it will get. There have been rainy days, too. It is still fun to go!

It's been a while since I've been here (I posted a few days ago on the Chit Chat page.)
I wanted to get all caught up before posting, but......that may take me a while.
I shared in the Chit Chat section that our holidays were a little different this year. My step-son died at age 37 on 2/19/17 & my husband died at age 59 on 11/15/17.
I don't even know if I had custody of my grandson yet the last time I posted here. Thankfully, I had signed up for e-mails & while they didn't bring me back here right away, they eventually did. :)
Hope everyone is well. I will continue to read & hopefully will get current with the posts on the countdown.

Keeping you in prayer, Christmasgranny. I'm glad you found your way back here. {{{HUGS}}}

It's turning out to be a very nice tree now that you fixed the problem, especially with the deal you got. We should be taking down our tree soon, now that David is mostly over his cold. We still turn it on each evening.
