Y'all let me know if you're getting tired of my pictures; I tend to get carried away when my kids are involved.:)

We'll never get tired! I love to see them and love to see a father who is proud of his children!

I'm sorry to hear that you're overworked. Maybe this will help?

I know it helps me! I wouldn't mind having a third golden! :)

Good morning all! Another day off, then I got back tomorrow for the weekend. DH is working today (worked last night too). He's been on vacation most of the month, but he is down in the overtime average (they go by points), so now he's going to get nailed with not his regular shifts, but overtime. He obviously doesn't have to work it, but it's nice extra money, especially with all the stuff DD does with baton and Disney coming up in September!

Not much going on today. DS has guitar lessons tonight and housework is done, so I'll probably just do some reading and watch Hallmark, since it's so hot/humid and the weather is going to be crappy.

Hope you all have a great day!

Happy Hazy Hot And Humid MMC! Boy it's going to be brutal the next 3 days here. Temps in the 90s and Humidity on top. It's going to be I'm sure the hottest weekend of the year here. Next week looks more normal summer weather for us with 80-85 highs and not as humid. Have a great Hazy Hot And Humid TGIF!

Good Morning, Doorstep Standers.
Yeppers. We find ourselves once again on the doorstep of another weekend (AKA Weekend Eve) ready for a little R&R.

But there is no R for the weary, as we must review and assess the significance of our latest count figures and Milestone proximity.
Ergo:
Days to the Season: 117
Days to Christmas Day: 159

The 100-Day Season Window is our next marker, and it stands just seventeen days hence. That means we are UNDER 2 1/2 weeks away from that goal.
Then: DOUBLE DIGITS, my Friends!

Still the same pattern. A warm and humid morning, hot and humid afternoon, then a rainy early evening, to keep things damp.
The weather service holds out no hope for kinder, gentler weather until at least Tuesday of next week.
Or starting Weekend Eve temperature reading here in the capital city is 79 degrees.

Have a Fabulous Friday, Folks.
And may your weekend commence on a highly positive note this afternoon!

Hello All
I am back.
Have had a busy week.
Sunday the 14th was my daughter Holly's 9th birthday so we had some plans and then unfortunately her daddy got poorly so we had a quiet day crafting, eating cake and just generally relaxing.
The kids had two days in school and then Wednesday the 17th was my birthday (I am 35 years young now!) and we went away camping to West Wales for the night - me , husband, 2 kids and 3 dogs. The first day it rained on and off but we still hit the beach to see all the stone, explore some caves and see the birds. We did find a washed up jelly fish too and wore the dogs out. Then went back to the tent, enjoyed a BBQ and then went on a snack run. We were all exhausted and in bed by 9pm.
I didn't sleep very well so was up at 5.30 in the campsites power showers which were lovely and I walked about a bit, saw the horses in their stables and explored the campsite. Then we went back to the beach again but the tide was in so we couldn't do too much.
We think we will go back over there soon again and have a day out. There is a little harbour that we didn't really get to see which has some nice walks along it and you can see heron, hummingbirds and otters there so we will go back with our cameras one day to have a proper look and husband found a boat ride that takes you out of the west coast of wales and you are 90% guaranteed to see Whales, Seals, Puffins and more so I think we might sneak away and do that at some point too! Maybe for our anniversary.

How has everyone been?
the school summer holidays have started here officially now - 6 weeks of the kids off school and in true welsh fashion - its raining......and its torrential rain. Joy!
Husband Owen is off for two weeks though after Sunday so we will hopefully be getting out and about to have some day trips out and the kids can do things. My father is meant to be stopping in on his way home from my grandmothers too next week so I may see him for a few hours too.
Now all the birthdays are officially over though - it is time to focus on Xmas! I have made my list of people to buy for already. Now just to start buying!

Thanks Crown! Happy Hazy Hot And Humid!

Just a quick check in to say Hello and Merry Friday MMC!! It’s going to be a hot weekend! I hope all is well with all of you!

Speaking of Hallmark movies; they're filming another one in my neck of the woods along with 4 other films and Carter the TV series; most of the people are happy with it.

How Cool!!!!

Good Friday morning! Extreme hot and humid weather is moving in. I’ll be at work during most of it but hopefully David and Loki will be able to stay cool at home. Loki likes to sleep on the couch in front of the electrical fan. Hope everyone stays cool and confortable.

TGIF, Christmas friends!

What a great show! I'm so proud of Elizabeth, I could burst! I even got some pats on the back for fathering such a talented young lady. Aw, shucks. :)

It was a long show, though. It started at 7:30 and ended about 10:15. By the time all of the cast-greeting, hand-shaking and pictures were finished, it was after 11. Then Elizabeth was hungry, so we ended up at The Waffle House LOL. It was 12:30 before we got back to Bellville. I'm an old man; I need my beauty rest!

We're going back again tonight, tomorrow night, then the Sunday matinee.

In the real world, I blew-up the engine on my lawn mower...irreparably...so I'm back in the mower market, doggone it.

Anyway, I hope y'all have a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious day! :D

Hello all!

Well, I thought it was hot before... I was wrong. Today and tomorrow are supposed to be in the mid90s with heat index close to 110!

Football, football and more football. That is my life right now. High school football practices and 7 on 7s this week. Next week starts little league practices. Also, NFL training camps have started for some teams this week and everyone else next week. Just another sign that fall is coming!
