DAYS TO JACK O LANTERN DAY: 63
DAYS TO SPOOKY SPRING: 123
DAYS TO HALFOWEEN: 152
DAYS TO OCTOBER: 306
DAYS TO HALLOWEEN: 336

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Tuesday!

Folks, in just two days we will welcome back DECEMBER to the mix, and with it our 150 Days to Halfoween milestone day. We are now also less than one week away from reaching the 300 Days to October threshold.

It is always a happy moment in this thread, when a 300 level count is concluded. Fortunately we don't start off with too many.

Have a great Tuesday!

Exciting! Almost 150 days until Halfoween. And once we get to Halfoween, we'll be very close to 150 days to October. I love how the Halloween counts have this near perfect symmetry. For example, three days from now we'll reach 60 days until the first JOL Day, and another 60 days from there is Spooky Spring.

Good Morning Halloween Friends!

Happy Wednesday to you! Folks, tomorrow is a big day in here, when we will reach the 150 Days to Halfoween milestone. What is it that makes the under 200 milestones seem so close? I mean 150 days isn't even next week or even just a month from now, but yet it isn't the same thing as say the 300 Days to October milestone day that we will reach next week. That one feels far away and it should. 300 Days around the sun is a long way to go. And other counts like "Days to Spooky Spring" is just sort of silently picking up momentum. 122 days from today is the start of Spooky Spring. In less than one month's time, we will reach 100 days to go on that one, and 100 Days sure feels close. I'll probably be mowing grass for the first time that season on the 1st weekend of Spooky Spring, and it seems like outside chores and work always make everything go faster!

So let's do the November wrap up, and December preview!

November was obviously a big month as we said goodbye to Halloween and Spooky Season, and welcomed in Christmas Season and enjoyed a great Thanksgiving. Like Edge said, Halloween was exactly one month ago, and now our journey continues on as we march towards Christmas.

Coming up in December:

December 1 - 150 Days to Halfoween
December 5 - 300 Days to October
December 12 - 50 Days to Jack O Lantern Day #1
December 22nd - 100 Days to Spooky Spring
December 24th - 250 Days to The Bers (Silent Count right now - count will return in January to main lineup)

DECEMBER 25 - CHRISTMAS DAY!!

So as you can see, December is pretty much jam packed with lots of Fall / Halloween season milestones. More than you would think of at first, it's just that we don't think about them all the time because Christmas is so special. And that's why when they jump out at you, it feels so amazing.

Have a great day!

**MILESTONE DAY**

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Welcome to the very first "significant" milestone day of the 2023 Halloween Countdown season. I know that we had the 350 Day milestone to Halloween back in November, and that one is just whimsical and fun, but this one represents a major accomplishment. 150 Days to Halfoween, made sweeter by the fact that Halfoween comes at the END of our fantastic, month-long "Spooky Spring", which begins in a mere 121 days from today. That's right, you didn't read it wrong, it's basically October in April, since April is basically the mirror edge of October. Let's enjoy today's milestone day. Maybe put a Santa hat on a pumpkin, if anyone still has any pumpkins nearby.

Today is December 1st. Like Edge mentioned, it's been two entire months since October was here. Time marches on. Bonus months right here at work live.

Have a great day, friends!

DAYS TO HALFOWEEN: 149
DAYS TO OCTOBER: 303
DAYS TO HALLOWEEN: 333

Good Morning Halloween Friends! TGIF!! Yesterday we rang in 150 Days to Halfoween, and that was a big milestone. Our next milestone is coming up on Monday, three days from today when we reach the 300 Days to October milestone. After that, there will only be one 300 level count left, and that's the Days to Halloween count.

I don't want them to go too fast, but at the same time I don't want the counts to be too SLOW, does that make any sense?

Anyway, let's enjoy this first Friday of December! Have a great day, friends!

Are you going to include DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON in your count?
As of today, we sit at 290 days.
I think that is a very good idea. And we will start up with that one beginning tomorrow. I think it should be a main stay for all future threads!

DAYS TO JACK O LANTERN DAY: 59
DAYS TO SPOOKY SPRING: 119
DAYS TO HALFOWEEN: 148
DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON: 289
DAYS TO OCTOBER: 302
DAYS TO HALLOWEEN: 332

Good Morning Halloween Friends!

Happy 1st Saturday of December! Folks, we've entered into a 50's count on our way towards our very 1st Jack O Lantern Day of 2023, and we have a new addition to the lineup this morning, this is "Days to Halloween Season", which stands today at 289 Days. And now we are just TWO DAYS away from another major milestone, and that is the 300 Days to October milestone! Due to arrive on MONDAY!

If anyone is new to the thread, "Halloween Season" is on the Monday before the official start of Fall, which this year will be on September 18th, 2023!

I'm hoping that today our live Nativity does not get rained out, it is calling for Showers this morning but it is supposed to be clear and almost 60 degrees by mid morning. We haven't been to the live nativity in three years!

Have a great day, friends!

Nope not weird at all. Considering ghost stories were such an important part of Christmases of yesteryear.
"There'll be scary ghost stories and tales of the glory of Christmases long long ago."

I always loved that song and line. A little Christmas/Halloween crossover feel.

It was such an important part of Christmas in yesteryears.
