Good Morning Halloween Friends! TGIF! Almost the weekend now, I wish it was one of our lovely "lazy" September or October weekends, and not a hectic December one. But everything has its place and believe me, soon enough we will wish for these December moments once again.

We don't really have a "milestone" coming up per say, but this coming Monday will mark just 50 DAYS until our very first Jack O Lantern Day of 2023. That's kind of a big deal, I think. Loving Christmas Season and yet still having Halloween Season thoughts, well that's what it's like to be in my brain.

I have no Halloween feels at the moment but I have been keeping any eye on that JOL day countdown. We are coming close to that 50 mark. I agree with @Rich, It will be a nice boost for dreary January.

Morning Halloween Fans! Well I was in the Christmas Tree Shop and was surprised to see a few Halloween items/books. I smiled at them. Even in a Christmas store...only I could find that amusing. Have a great day!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Saturday!

It's a gray overcast day that so far reminds me of an October morning. Especially with that sunrise I saw yesterday that I shared over in The Bers thread. Still lots of Christmas feels though. And that's a good thing because its Christmas season!

I'm going to make a run to Bath & Body works today to get some Christmas items for my mom, and I wonder honestly if there will be anything in there Halloween-wise that is on clearance. I really doubt it, but it would feel awesome if it happens!

A friend from work hit the jackpot for me at Hobby Lobby and caught some of the large black and white buffalo check pumpkins at 90% off, along with a few other check items. She brought them to work one day and surprised me. It was a great surprise and made me envision adding them to next year's decor! Massive Fall Feels!

Morning Halloween Fans! Spooky snow is coming later today. Kind of a mix here of rain and snow but changing to snow they say. More like a Halloween snow (not a lot most likely). I remember that years ago. Have a great day!

Good Morning Halloween friends! Happy Sunday! My Bath & Body works run was successful, but there sadly were no remaining Halloween items on clearance or anything of that nature. Even the Christmas stuff, which is always amazing there, was pretty well picked over and you can tell it won't be long until they start up with the "spring" stuff. Stuff like that always makes me laugh. If I go into Costco in a few more weeks, it's probably all beach stuff and summer party things lol.

Tomorrow is not really a milestone day on here, but I think it is an important day nonetheless - and that is marking only 50 DAYS until our first JOL Day of 2023.

Our next "official" milestone is coming up on the 22nd, two Thursdays from now - and that is when we will reach 100 DAYS TO SPOOKY SPRING. Wow. I got excited just thinking about that.

Sadly we're at the time of year where most retailers have already begun clearing out Christmas. Even at Walmart yesterday I saw them clearancing out a lot of their Christmas grocery items. No Christmas coffees yet, though. My favorite part of the offseason is going to several stores the week after Christmas and seeing how much Christmas and Fall stuff I can stock up on. I always try to get enough to carry me through January and February and at least a little into March.

The semi-annual clearance at B&BW might have some Halloween stuff. Fingers crossed.

I tried that one year with Starbucks Christmas coffee. I had a great stash of it, but by about April it actually started getting stale. But I haven’t tried freezing it! Maybe that’s something I can try this year, If I am able to find any extra Christmas or Fall coffees!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Monday! As you can see today marks only 50 DAYS until the very first JOL Day of 2023. Not really a milestone day, but something to think about.

Our next milestone will be in 10 days when we celebrate 100 DAYS TO SPOOKY SPRING. Saying just 100 days almost makes it feel like it's not so far away.

We stocked up big time on Christmas candy yesterday. It is already starting to get thin in the stores. We will probably see Valentine's Day candy within a week or two. I remember last year, I went to Martin's on the day after Christmas, and it was already there. I mention that, because in our "Candy Season" timeline, the arrival of Valentine's Day candy means that after that, only EASTER CANDY is next before the glorious return of Halloween Candy late this summer. See - we already have nearly been through one Candy Season, with Christmas candy wrapping up.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's Tuesday now, Monday is over, thank goodness, and we've moved another day forward on our counts. We're now in the 40's on the way to Jack O Lantern Day #1, and we have broken into single digits before hitting the big 100 Days to Spooky Spring milestone NEXT WEEK.

Christmas candy is really starting to get thin in the stores now. Stock up on some of it if you are like me and want to have some extra to get "between" the candy seasons when there are dead spots. Last year, we went to a grocery outlet in April or May, and was amazed at how much Christmas and Halloween candy they had in the store that was marked down drastically, plus, it still had many months of freshness remaining. I think I'm going to do that again this year as part of my "Spooky Spring" routine.

Gah, I keep missing the milestone days! Gotta remember to be here next week for 100 days until Spooky Spring. That's gonna be a big one.

For real, this might be the very first time I've been excited about next year while still in the Christmas season. There's already a ton to look forward to; it's almost like we're already on the road back!
