By the way, did you know that tickets for Universal's Halloween Horror Nights are already on sale? Any day now, Disney will also probably announce ticket sales for their annual "Not So Scary" Halloween party at Disney World. Not that I can afford to go to either of these events, but it is exciting knowing that both places are already making Halloween plans.

I am definitely ready for Easter and the extra time off work. It looks like the weather is going to be great weather on Sunday, high 60s and sunny! It will be nice to have an Easter Sunday that feels like Spring!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Today is our big Easter prep day here at this house. I'm delighted that Holly is making her "Scarecrow Pie" to have as part of Easter festivities tomorrow. She made one last weekend as a test and oh is it amazing. I'll also be having some Cherry Cider as well, but that is the extent of Fall items making their way to the dinner tomorrow.

As mentioned before, there won't be any "Spooky Spring" activities happening tomorrow, I want to focus solely on the beautiful day of Easter. But Spooky Spring will come roaring back Monday. Let's remember back to last year, I feel like most of us didn't get in with the whole routine until about 2 weeks into the month, so I have already enjoyed extra time.

Also perfect for Spooky Spring, I purchased the Resident Evil 4 remake and am currently playing through it on PS5. It goes perfect with Halloween and Spooky Spring. Zombies, monsters, sea creatures - everything you could ask for!

My Easter candy is giving me some Halloween vibes, I have deep purple Hershey Kisses, Reese's eggs, and salted caramel Dove chocolates (in pastel wrappers), so even the wrappers may be different the flavors are the same!

I don't know what is wrong with me--for some reason, I have not purchased any Ester candy this year. Since I had that stupid bug a couple of weeks ago, even my appetite for Easter candy has been off.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! I hope you had a wonderful Easter. We did. I'm ready to get back into the swing of Spooky Spring.

As you can see from our counts above, we are now less than three weeks until we reach Halfway to Halloween, just two days from breaking into a 150's count on the way to Halloween Season, and on Friday will obviously be the big milestone of seeing only 200 Days until Halloween. Folks, after that, there are no more counts in the 200's. We won't see those kind of numbers again until the NEW thread gets going on Halloween night after Halloween 2023 has passed.

I'm going to be making a Hobby Lobby run today because I am curious if my store is going to match @Rich 's having the very beginnings of fall / harvest things going out. Today is also a day with a high of only low 60's so it will perfectly feel like an Autumn day. It would be great to see SOMETHING in there, maybe Christmas stuff down on the shelves, maybe even those little mini straw bales that always "start" Fall Season at Hobby Lobby.
