Good Morning Halloween Friends! ONE WEEK. ONE WEEK is all that stands in the way of Fall Pre-Season arriving. It's been quite the journey. We still have to hit 50 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON on Sunday! And I am still marveling, and maybe to a small degree, mourning, the fact that we have no more counts in the triple digits.

I'm excited for another trip to the grocery store this weekend to see if I can find anymore Fall / Halloween merchandise. The past couple of weeks have given me basically pumpkin spice everything, but I haven't saw Halloween candy on our shelves just yet. Maybe that changes this weekend! I also want to make it over to Bath & Body Works to see if I can start buying some Fall Wallflower scents. They should be going out there now, as far as I know.

My wife came home from the grocery store yesterday with maple pecan coffee and pumpkin spice creamer. Of course I immediately had to have some. I know it's still July, but my goodness, did it taste wonderful. I'm so glad that "our" time of year is so close to arriving.

I was helping my sister-in-law de-clutter/pack up her craft/sewing room and she had an unopened jack-o'lantern vinyl tablecloth that almost matches my jack-o'lantern sweatshirt and she was going to donate it and I asked if I could have it!!! I haven't packed it away yet because it is making me happy every time I see it, I think I will keep it out until the 31st

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's finally Friday! It's 65 degrees outside right now and one of those cool mornings that I talk about all the time. They are slowly working their way back into the rotation, and it's amazing. All we need now are the cooler nights to show up, and I think they are due to arrive here in a few more weeks.

We're under a week away from Fall Pre-Season now. And the 50 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON milestone will be here on Sunday, coincidentally coinciding with Dark Arts Sunday. I still can't get used to not seeing anymore triple digit counts. Especially since we are going to be losing another main count here in 6 days.

I made it to Bath and Body Works today! They have an outstanding "Fall Preview" going on right now. "Real" Fall is not out until next month there, but they have a small selection of Halloween items out right now, and I couldn't leave the store without picking up this guy:



I decided that it is going to be the "Official" Wallflower plug for Jack O Lantern Days going forward!

My great-nephew spotted the sign for our local Spirit of Halloween store and insisted his mom text me and his grandmother (my sister) to let us know, they were heading out for Santa Claus, Indiana so they are having quite the day!

**MILESTONE DAY**



Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's once again a milestone day in here. We have reached the FINAL FIFTY to Halloween Season. Going into Bath & Body Works yesterday, my heart was racing when I saw the beginnings of the Halloween stuff going out. And seeing two of my favorite wallflower scents - Vampire Blood & Ghoul Friend, it was a huge dose of The Feels!

Today is also Dark Arts Sunday in this house


Yesterday while I was outside - I felt something that I haven't felt in a long time, I call it a "Bers Blast" - I was outside in the back yard, and I guess the combination of the warm but not humid sun, and the brownish grass, I felt a full wave of Bers nostalgia. And I had to remind myself just how close we are.

We will see Fall Preseason on Thursday, folks, and with it the return of NFL Football. I can hardly believe it. It has been a long journey back, even though this last month has felt like it has went by fast!

Evening Halloween Fans! This time of year whenever we see my Uncle Halloween comes up. Oh and I just finished Season 3 of Chucky today. I wish they'd make a Season 4 but it sounds uncertain. Happy Halloween!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's the very last Monday of July! You can see from our counts above, we are now just TWO days from JOL Day #6 and the THREE QUARTERS of the way to Halloween, and just THREE DAYS from Fall Pre-Season. I absolutely cannot believe we are standing on the doorstep like this, but here we are.

It's the end of the month now, so we can do our July wrap-up today, and tomorrow we can tackle the August preview. So running down through July, it was a hot and sweltering one for most people. Some say it may be the hottest summer ever recorded, we will have to see what numbers come in next month. We saw July 4th, we witnessed the amazing start of the 50 DAY PREVIEW TO THE BERS, and we saw our final triple digit count when we reached 100 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN.

There's good stuff coming in August that we will get into tomorrow - we stand in the large, large shadow of FALL PRE-SEASON, as we go to unpack the month an what is coming up ahead.
