Happy Baby #2 Eve!

Good Luck @SolidSnake84, I'll be thinking of you and your wife and praying for a smooth hospital stay and a good sleeper and eater!

We are off to the hospital this morning! Please pray for my Wife and Son, please keep me in your thoughts. I didn't have time to post the counts this morning, so I will need a countdown volunteer from this point forward.

Hey on the October note, it's 44 degrees outside and a light rain. That's not a typo!

Good morning, Halloween Lovers!
We are now officially on baby watch. But it shouldn't take too long since the surgery is scheduled for 7:30 this morning. Join me in praying for a successful surgery with a healthy momma and baby boy. If you notice the numbers above, you'll see we are only two days away from a major milestone. I think the wheels of time will feel like they've got a fresh coat of grease after that. And if you look even closer, you'll notice that we are in single digits until JOL Day. It will be here before you know it.

Have a great day!

Hey everybody! I’m popping in to update everyone. My son was born this morning at 8:35 am. One ounce shy of 7 pounds. Holly’s spinal epidural worked and she was able to be awake for the whole surgery and get to hold him when he came out. This surgery went easier and faster even than the first one.

We are both up in mother baby right now. Holly and I just finished dinner, and she is breastfeeding Jason at the minute.

Hearing nothing “official” yet, but it would seem like Saturday sometime is when we are going home. Head nurse mentioned 48 hours for C section. Holly is doing great pain wise.

I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that this soon on “Day 1” I would be having a normal conversation with Holly and watching Harry Potter in the hospital!!

Thank you all who prayed for me and wished me well. I felt it today. I hope to have a better update tomorrow!

Welcome to the world, Jason!

Good morning, Pumpkin People!
Baby Jason is here, and he and momma are doing well. There is a lot of joy in the hearts of Mark and Holly today. I'm sure Abigale can hardly wait to meet her new brother. Looking at the counts, we can see that tomorrow is a BIG day with a BIG milestone, and the Fall Preseason is a mere ten weeks away. Have a great Friday and we'll see you back here again tomorrow.

Can’t help but smile for Mark and Holly today. What a blessing — I bet Mark is already thinking about Jason’s first Halloween costume. Actually, he’s probably too tired and has such frayed nerves by now to think about anything other than sleep…BUT…maybe by this time next week he’ll be thinking about Halloween costumes.

Congratulations on the new little one. I am glad everything went well.

Evening Halloween Fans! Congrats to SS first of all. It's a chilly day here. I know many don't like the heat but I'm really like at least bring on some 70s for a while. We had some nice days for a little while and now it's gone back to late autumn type weather. That'd mean Halloween is over! Happy Halloween!

Happy milestone eve! You guys know I would never miss the eve of the 100 Days to the Bers!

Holly and Jason are doing excellent. They believe we will go home tomorrow. I don’t want to count my chickens before they hatch but I cannot ignore the significance of possibly being discharged on milestone day, after basically knowing for close to 9 months that “The Road” would hopefully be my victory over the hardest fight in my life.

I love you all, and I hope you are all well. Please keep us in your prayers that we go home tomorrow.

Congratulations. I know people talk about the new car smell. But to me, nothing in the world smells better than a little one fresh from heaven.

Good Saturday morning, Halloween Fanatics, and welcome to the loooong Memorial Day weekend! I hope you have Monday off at work.

It's day three for baby Jason, and he already gets to celebrate a huge milestone. And I'm not just talking about him going home from the hospital. As you can see from the counts above, we are at 100 days until The Bers. That deserves a big Texas YEEHAW!!!

The days until the Fall Preseason have slipped into the sixties, and we are only one week away from Jack-O-Lantern Day #4. I think we all should post a picture of a carved Jack-O-Lantern next Saturday to celebrate the occasion.

Have a great Saturday!

The road to The Bers is now OPEN!
