I am hoping to find some inspiration throughout the month for Spooky Spring and have actually been "saving" the planning in case I hit a patch of the doldrums this month.

Evening Halloween Fans! I hope all is well by you. We have a sunny day here but cold. Temperatures in the 30s for March is too cold. But if you stand in the sun and there is no wind today it actually feels not that bad. That sun is strong in March. Happy Halloween!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's another Milestone Day! Today, only 150 Days separate us from the wonderful world of Fall Pre-Season. What's so special about it and why do I long for it this time of year? Well, just as much as April is "Spooky Spring", August is the sort of real-life preview of Autumn - You've got warm days and cool nights, Pumpkin Spice everything everywhere, and by then just about all of your big box stores by the end of that month are decorated for Fall/Halloween. And if you're lucky, you might even find some Christmas decorations in the stores!
Also today, we are one week away from the 50 DAYS TO HALFOWEEN milestone. Don't celebrate too hard because we need to save some energy for two days from now when we hit 200 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON. That means when we hit Friday this week, there will be only TWO(!!!) counts remaining in the 200's. EVERYTHING else is 100 or under!

I’m so glad we recognize Fall Preseason in this thread. I start looking for Fall and Halloween items immediately following July 4th, and by the time August rolls around, I am not disappointed. Also, August is when preseason football starts, so it almost feels like Fall when those games start coming on television.
Football = Fall. My brain doesn't even distinguish between preseason games or regular season games. If Football is on TV, I immediately think of Fall!

Happy Hump Day! We're finally in the middle of the first full week of March and the weekend is starting to peek out of the clouds. We're going to hit 200 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON tomorrow! When we start the weekend, we will only have two counts remaining that are still in the 200's! We're going to see our "Days to October" count FINALLY break out of the 200's by the time we reach mid-month. It sure is going to be exciting to see an October count down in the 100's!

Man, anyone else feel like time is FINALLY moving? Like we were trudging through quicksand during January and February, but now we’re on the other side and have emerged into a full sprint.
I feel it. We're heading into mid-march this week. Spooky Spring is starting to get within reach!
