Halloween 2026 Countdown!

My wife came home from shopping with her sister and she brought a few Halloween decorations and candles home. She said she went to TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Both stores had a decent amount of stuff out and she said that we need to go back and get more!

It's two weeks until Fall Preseason. This feels unreal. I work only 4 days this coming week because I'm off on Friday for the antique show, and when I go back to work, we'll be heading into the final week of the month and JOL Day #6 that ushers in Fall Preseason. It's a pretty good feeling right now, to be honest.
Surreal to imagine that next week we will see our "weeks" counts to October get into the single digits! Unbelievable

Happy to see the counts this morning and see that we are now UNDER two weeks to go until Fall Preseason! And check out that count to Halloween - we will see the 100 DAY MILESTONE on Wednesday of this week!
Our latest run of 90 degree temps are over with. This entire week we have upper 70's to mid 80's. I don't see any 90+ days anymore the rest of July, and even looking into August a little bit it seems to be the mild weather I am excited for / expecting in August. And cool nights are returning too. A few nights this week get down into the 60's! I know it's not time yet for it to switch over "for good", but it's not going to be much longer.
No code oranges this weekend at my Walmart. I do have to go to CVS though later, so I'm going to check it out. Last year at this same date, Martin's had Halloween candy out. I'm cautiously optimistic that I will see Halloween candy in the store before this month is done.

Hello Halloween Fans! I hope you are doing well. The Sunday Group was supposed to go to the city today but the museum canceled due to flooding in their area. We are shifting it to next week and going miniature golfing and dinner today instead. Happy Halloween!

Last year it came up in my memories that on July 18th, that was the first time that I saw Halloween candy in Martins. Our store looked similar to yours. I'm going to try to go by there this week to see if it's the same thing. My heart flutters every time I see seasonal candy in the isles. It's coming soon!

Happy Monday, Halloween Friends! My short work week is here, as Friday is my antique tractor show. Horrifyingly enough, my tractor is not back together yet. My plan is to re-attach the wheels that I painted tonight, paint the grill tomorrow evening and do the new dash decals, and then the last thing will be Wednesday / Thursday putting the hood back on. I'll get there, even if I have to stay up late Thursday night to get everything done.
You can see we are heading for a BIG milestone this week on Thursday, it will be the 100 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN milestone, and it will be the FINAL time in this thread that we see a count with triple digits!

No problem, I will probably post pics of it here when it's all put back together, and I will probably take some pictures on Friday / Saturday when we are actually at the exhibition.
Folks we have some snazzy counts today. Take a good look at all of them. Tomorrow will be the very final day that we have milestone eve for a triple digit count. I even heard a rumor that The Count himself may show up later this week.
Somehow, a count that I have overlooked is THE BERS count. It dips into the 30's on the same day that we have a milestone day in this thread, as well as celebrate Rudolph Day. WOW.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Hump Day! We're standing on the doorstep now to our very FINAL 100 day milestone in this thread. That's right, tomorrow will be the very final time we see a triple digit count in this thread. We won't have any more triple digit counts until the 2027 Halloween Thread goes up at the very end of Halloween night.
Single digits now lead the way to JOL Day, and of course tomorrow FALL PRESEASON also enters into single digit counts. We talk about turning points all throughout the year, we have to be getting ready to go into another one. Thinking about next week, with mere days separating us from both JOL Day #6 AND Fall Preseason, it's going to feel big time. I think the energy is going to be high. It's some of that "magic" that we can all feel as we get closer to The Bers.
Pumpkin Friends I hope you are well! We had strong rain storms last night, it rained 1.2 inches here in the span of a few hours, and they actually had a tornado touch down in Star Tannery, VA, which is about 35 minutes from here. We are all okay, all we got was heavy rain.

Check that out. Fall Preseason in just 10 days! Last night I was checking my Google Calendar and I was overjoyed when I flipped to next month and saw NFL preseason games showing up.
