Hello Halloween Fans! I hope you are doing well. It's Tuesday. I'm WFH and I hope this is the last time I do it this year. I really dislike it. I do have 2 appointments which is why I took advantage of the flexibility. Happy Halloween!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Milestone Day to you! Just like the picture shows, it is now exactly 50 days to October!

The name of the tree in the picture above is called "October Glory". That's really one way to look at what's coming, isn't it? On a side note, either I have a computer setting that has changed, or the MMC website has changed to a different font / style. I feel like I'm going crazy!

I bought my first bag of Halloween candy last night from the CVS. Of course Abby and I had to dive right in!

It might "only" be August 11th, but I can't help but be in full Halloween mode!

Yesterday I went through my outside Halloween lights. I only need to replace a couple of strands, but I fully intend on buying more! Last year we did not do a whole lot outside for Halloween decorations. I had lights on the bushes and we had the Sandworm out. But that was about it. Since I am not coaching HS football this Fall, I want to use my free time to really get the outside decorated. We will likely do that over Labor Day Weekend. That used to be our Halloween decorating weekend, but we got away from that a few years ago.

The Spirit Halloween stores around the area are starting to open. There are 5 within about 45 minutes of me and so far 2 of them are open. We have not been yet, but I feel a trip coming in the next couple of days. The closest one to us is not yet open, but I am hoping it happens soon!

I found it! The game was called Night Stalker, and I actually had it for the Intellivision, not the 2600.

One of my coworker's kids love it and make him drive by our house so they can see it throughout the Fall. LOL

My wife made it several years ago (probably about 6-8 years ago). It needs some repair work but still looks good overall.

Hello Halloween Fans! I hope you are doing well. It's a nice day here. I'm off the rest of the week so this is kind of my last summer break. I'm ready to get back into the swing of things though because I am honestly way behind on my work taking this much time off this summer. Happy Halloween!

Yes! that's a good one! Avoid deadly robots, bats and spiders. The Atari version is called "Dark Cavern." It's good, but doesn't have the same creepy elements as the Intellevision version.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Thursday to you all!

Mini Friday is here - I love the energy of a workplace on Thursday! Our office is going to try Korean BBQ today, a new place opened up in town and it's a national chain with great reviews. They have a "hot & spicy" which is made with gochujang, and I'm wondering if it will taste anything like Holly's Korean Street Chicken, which was made from a recipe given to us by some Korean friends that are authentic.

Hello Halloween Fans! I hope you are doing well. It's a nice day here for the most part. It's still summer and feels a bit like it but it's not overbearing. Overall so far I'd say this summer has been pretty good so far. I'm off from work today and tomorrow for my final break. Happy Halloween!

Good morning, fellow spooks! I don’t know if I have talked about it in this thread yet, but I’ve got a vacation coming up during the first week of November. I still have my time off when the Bers kick off here in a few weeks, but we decided to postpone our Texas road trip until later in the Fall due to the extreme heat.

That being said, it now looks like we’ll be traveling DURING Halloween! This is both exciting and kind of a bummer at the same time. I won’t get to enjoy my usual Halloween night traditions at home this year, but it does allow me the opportunity to seek out a really cool Halloween night activity somewhere else in Texas. I’m hoping to find a small town Halloween parade, festival, or something similar where my kids can still stock up on candy and not have to miss trick-or-treating too much. And of course, I will still make sure we’re all able to watch It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown that night in our hotel room, probably with a big pizza.

I’m going to miss our usual Halloween night routine, but there’s always next year, and sometimes it’s fun to shake things up. Have a great day and Happy Friday!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It feels like we just did this lol. We had some kind of strange power failure yesterday. My post obviously didn't post, and also when I came home my stove and microwave were blinking, and it took me a bit to get Xbox to connect online again.

I think today will be our first time shopping where Halloween and Fall stuff is EVERYWHERE. I'm even going to try and get to the mall later to buy some wallflowers and check out this new scent I hear a lot about "Carnival Fog".

Spooky Friends I hope you are well! Enjoy this beautiful day, it's supposed to only reach the low 80's here and maybe some rain later.

I don't have to remind you, but think those beautiful Fall and Halloween thoughts!
