Based on weather data from 1961–1990, in most parts of Texas there is a 0% chance there will be at least one inch of snow on the ground on December 25. :-? Two exceptions: a 3% chance in Abilene, in central Texas, and a 7% chance in Amarillo, up north in the Texas panhandle.
