Happy Adapting To April! We have a major milestone today folks and a poll. First let's get to the counts: 217 days till Thanksgiving, 193 days till November, and 132 days till The Bers. Today's milestone? It's Tom Turkey Day #5! Woohoo we made it folks. And to celebrate we have a poll below. Our next milestone will be when we celebrate the Arrival of May which will be the 6th month of 11 starting up since November. That's incredible. We'll be Halfway to November 1. Amazing. Now time for our poll:
On Thanksgiving Day how much do you normally eat for dinner?
A.) 1 plate
B.) 2 plates
C.) 3 plates
D.) I stop counting at 3 plates.
For me I go with B. I normally have 2. How about you? Have a great Adapting To April!
Nice!B. Two plates
>INTERMISSION/Rest<
C. Three plates
That can count separately as "dessert"!Always "B" at dinner time. I dont count the 7 pm plate though..lol
Yum, Yum, Give us some!I was looking in the freezer and found a boneless turkey roast I hadn't remembered was there. So going to be Sunday dinner. Yum.
Yes sounds perfect!C. 1 full plate, a second plate of the best sides, and dessert!
We got word yesterday that our town's Memorial Day parade and our September celebration (parade, carnival rides, foods, fireworks) is on for this year. They were both cancelled last year.I've been thinking about Thanksgiving a lot recently. Specifically the Macy's parade. I'm thinking maybe now that they will allow some form of attendance / spectators. I used to think such a thing would never be possible ever again, but with so many states slowly inching back to "normal", I feel more confident than ever that this holiday season will be a lot more of what we were used to.
