Thanksgiving 2021 Thread

DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 179
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 118
Happy Moving Through May! Here we go into another Thursday folks and yes we have a poll ahead of us here in this thread today. First let's look at our 3 counts: 203 till Thanksgiving, 179 till November, and 118 till The Bers. Our next milestone? It's on Sunday which is in 3 days (which is also Mother's Day) when we reach the 200 Day Marker Till Thanksgiving. That will be the end of the "2's" counts here in this thread forever. Now let's get to our poll today.
Put the following 4 Thanksgiving "meals" in order from favorite to least favorite:
A.) Breakfast
B.) Lunch
C.) Dinner
D.) Dessert
For me it's the following: C (the big Thanksgiving meal of course), A (we have waffles/bacon), D (like our little dessert at night cheesecake), B (we just have doritos actually lol). Well folks let us know your order of meals. I love Thanksgiving polls involving food. It just fits. Have a great Moving Through May!

For me it's:
B - that's when we eat our big meal.
C - love the leftovers.
D - usually have our dessert in the evening.
A - it's usually something small. Just enough to get you thru until lunch.
My answer is "C", then "D". No A, or B. Why is that? Because I'm almost embarrassed to say this, but the truth is I skip out on breakfast and lunch deliberately so that I can eat "more" of the awesome Thanksgiving Dinner! I know it shouldn't be that way, and it may not be good for me, but I only do that on the holidays! Christmas dinner is the same way except we generally have breakfast together as a family down at my grandmother's house on Christmas morning!
C for me and I skip breakfast and eat something light for lunch. I always have dessert...usually a brownie or piece of cheesecake.
B - Since we have to attend two Thanksgivings, we have one big meal at lunch.
C - This is the big meal at our second Thanksgiving; usually can't eat as much by this time.
A - We just pick up donuts and kolaches most years.
D - I always eat too much of the meal and can barely ever have more than a thin slice of pie for dessert, so the majority of dessert gets eaten the next day.

A- Breakfast, which is usually earlier than my usual time, around 5:00 am, but always something special to get me through until lunch.
C- Dinner, often I am still too stuffed to have a real meal, but may have a second dessert, so not sure how to count this one! LOL!
Great poll, Edge! My heart is light just thinking about this Thanksgiving!

Happy Week Into May! It's another Friday folks so the weekend can't be far behind. And we start off today by looking at our 3 countdowns above. They are as follows: 202 days till Thanksgiving, 178 days till November, and 117 days till The Bers. Our next milestone will happen this weekend folks on Sunday (Mother's Day) when we reach the all important 200 Day Marker Till Thanksgiving. What makes it extra important? It's the fact that it's the last time we'll have a 2's count ever in this thread. I think that definitely is worth repeating. It's the LAST time we'll have a 2's count in this thread ever. There I said it again. Thanks to everyone for answering the poll yesterday. Always trying to bring a fun one every other Thursday if I can. CW inspires me to try to deliver since he always follows up with his great videos. Now before you get ready for your weekend ahead focus on your Friday and also just a little Thanksgiving thought. Happy Mother's Day Eve! Well folks a rare afternoon post here but hey the site was down. But I still got on here as soon as I saw it up to post the 3 countdowns for all of you. The countdowns read as follows: 201 days till Thanksgiving, 177 days till November, and 116 days till The Bers. If you ask me all 3 of those counts look really awesome in my view. They all inspire us to enjoy today but to be excited about what is to come. Our next milestone is what's to come and that will be tomorrow. It will be Mother's Day which will be the 200 Day Marker Till Thanksgiving. After that you won't see a "2s" count ever again in this thread. I feel like not long ago we said that about the "3s". Now the 2s? Next the 1s? Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'm not ready to get that crazy yet. Anyway, I hope you are all enjoying your Saturday so far.
