DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 134
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 110
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 49

Happy July Mid-Week! We are here into the middle of the week folks. And we have 3 countdowns that matter the most to us. We have 134 days till Thanksgiving, 110 days till November, and 49 days till The Bers. Our next milestone? It's 1 week and 1 day from now when we reach Tom Turkey Day #8. That's major. I know that we are all looking forward to it. Who doesn't love a Tom Turkey Day? I know we all do. And tomorrow is a Thursday itself folks and you know I will be here having a great poll for all of you (I hope it will be great. At least hopefully it will be good!). And we all move ahead here in heart (and the heat...heart minus the r) of the summer. You can't imagine being here in January but we are here. And we all need to enjoy where we are because it's important. Some day we will wish to come back here and start this all over again. Yet we still are in the position to look AHEAD to all 3 of our counts above. That's a great place to be where we are right now. Have a great July Mid-Week!

I love how your polls spark conversation, memories, and anticipation of things to come. Thanks Edge!

My iPhone notified me that the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade app was no longer functioning. And it looks like Macy's isn't going to update it either. Bummer.

When you said “tomorrow is Thursday” I was thinking, “Nuh-uh, today’s only Tuesday!” Then I realized somehow that I’d missed an entire day this week and today is already Wednesday! What happened??? I can only assume that I began the week on the 50 day Ber marker and just disregarded Monday entirely. Strange what living in a Bers state of mind can do to you!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 133
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 109
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 48

Happy Mid-July! We are almost into the middle of the month now folks in the heart of the summer. This is what my friend CW calls the true "Sweat-fest" time of the year. And it goes on for a while before we see any real serious cool down usually. We have 133 days left until Thanksgiving (by then it should be REALLY cool). We have 109 days to go until November (by then it should be cooler for sure) and we have 48 days remaining until The Bers (the signal of cooler days ahead even if it's not too cool yet by then). Our next milestone folks is 1 week from today when we celebrate Tom Turkey Day #8 of 11! And we will do so with our friend CW posting a video for us. However, let's live in the present and that would be today and so here is a poll:
Which choice(s) summarize your Thanksgiving beverages:
A.) "Adult" beverages
B.) Water
C.) Coffee/Tea
D.) Soda

For me it would be a combination of B, C, and D. I I always get a big iced coffee on Thanksgiving morning and drink throughout the day. I can't go a day without drinking any water at all. However, I do drink soda with my Thanksgiving meal (at least 1 glass). What about you? We always talk about food when it comes to Thanksgiving I thought it would be interesting to have a poll about drinks. Have a great Mid-July!

E.) Milk - Gotta have a tall, cold glass of milk with my meal.

All about the "A." Love the fall/winter beers. Thanksgiving morning I grab fresh bagels then wander to the grocery store next door to build a six pack of the seasonal novelty flavors.

I don't know if this would fall under "D.) Soda" but we usually have sparkling cider at Thanksgiving. Welch's has a holiday berry flavor out around that time which is delicious. If we can't find that one, we have apple or grape.

Dude, I swear we have to be related. Sparkling Ciders are one of my ALL TIME favorite holiday drinks, and I even incorporate them in some of my Rudolph Day celebrations. Welch's I think are the best. My mother in law uses Martinelli's sparkling apple cider, which is also outstanding!

Yep, the Martinelli's is our go-to if we can't find the Welch's holiday flavors. So good!

I would not be surprised at all if someday you showed up on my Ancestry DNA list as a long-lost cousin. The similarities are uncanny!
