I'm going with "C" ! The 50 Day Preview of the Bers beginning is like it's own Holiday, it carries me right through to "Fall Pre-Season" and keeps that momentum rolling as we cruise through August and right back to The Bers. I am so ready!

Everyone would pick September 1 but not August 31...which is funny because it's only one day different.

Happy July Teens! Today folks we have 133 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 111 days left until November and 50 days to go until The Bers. It’s Milestone Day folks as we have reached the 50-Day Marker till The Bers. If you want to follow along with the next 50 days please visit the Holiday Hang Out. Now that we got that cross promotion/cheap plug out of the way we focus here on this thread and of course our Summer Sweatfest that we continue on. And guess what? We made it halfway through it now folks. Today we begin the 2nd half of the sweating. I have to say the last 10 days or so seems long with the constant humidity. But that’s good because it slows everything down for us and this time of year more than any other time of year, in my opinion, we need to take everything in, reflect and prepare ourselves for everything in front of us. Today is Thursday so let’s do our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday!
I have to say one thing I love about MMC in general is the year-round threads. Of course, Crown started it with Christmas and then we have SS with Halloween and myself with Thanksgiving. I really love being in a little community of people who talk/think about something all year long for fun all while still enjoying the present of course. It’s just awesome. Year round threads are the best.
And I do appreciate everyone in the Thanksgiving Thread being here to get excited all year long for all the fun stuff we love the most about that 4th Thursday in November. Keep it real turkey fans. Have a great July Teens!

What a Thursday this is. Our 50 Day preview of the Bers begins today. You can't have Thanksgiving without being in The Bers, and The Bers wouldn't be right without Thanksgiving happening in them.
We're on our way now through the 2nd half. I'm about a week away from hitting the peak temp(s) of the summer, and just like clockwork, I can see the long range forecast reflect the lowering of the temps around the 3rd week of this month, especially the overnight lows, which get back into the low 60's. That's *almost* weather that you can sleep with your windows open again.
Gobble Gobble, friends! Think those turkey thoughts today!

Being 50 days out from the Bers makes me even more excited for Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving.
I have so much I need to do and plan for! I want to add more songs to my November playlist this year, and I need to make a test batch of mac and cheese. Gonna try changing it up a little bit this year, and experimenting is part of the fun!

Happy July TGIF! Today folks we have 132 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 110 days left until November, and 49 days to go until The Bers. Our next milestone will be in 10 days. It will be the 100-Day Marker till November. Wow. That’s going to be big. But for now folks we don’t have to worry about it. And we don’t have to worry about much as our 3-day weekend begins in this thread. Every weekend we celebrate it with 3-days of quiet, simple countdowns, and turkey fun here. No weekly counts, picture day, polls or thanksgiving thoughts. Just pure relaxation and we do so in the very early stages of the 2nd half of our Summer Sweatfest. Dare I say that I’ve gotten used to the heat? It’s not phasing me as much anymore. 88 degrees and sunny? Feels not bad. At least without crazy levels of humidity it doesn’t feel that bad. But it looks to be a humid weekend again. What a surprise huh? But I won’t ever wish summer away or any time of the year away. We have to cherish all times of the year, winter, spring, summer and…what’s that 4th season? I can’t think of it right now. It’ll come to me soon. Keep it real my turkey friends. The humidity can make July feel very long, especially when it doesn't even cool off at night. It was already muggy when I went out to water my pumpkins this morning. So as much as we may complain about The Bers flying by, I sure wouldn't want it to drag by either.
Yes, this humidity is relentless this July!

Our next milestone will be in 9 days when we reach the 100-Day Marker till November. It will be major folks. And it will be another milestone that we all realize how alarming it will be. We will worry about that later though not now. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest and 3-day weekend here with another humid weekend. Surprise. But will it rain? Probably. It rained yesterday too. We have been getting a good amount for sure although last weekend was about as much rain as I’ve seen in one day in years and years I think. Turkey fans I hope you’re enjoying our quiet 3-day weekend here and I trust that your week went well. And I’m sure you have some fun or interesting (or maybe just relaxing) plans for this weekend. Whatever they are I hope you get the most out of them and enjoy them as much as you possibly can. Now turkey fans just keep doing your thing and enjoying your day today. Training camps will be opening soon for the NFL. Can you believe that? Soon enough it will be happening. And that’s just something I love seeing happen in the summer. Have a great Mid-July!

Thunderstorms and humidity have been a part of each day here this week, so I am going with yes, it will rain! LOL!
As much as I love football it's hard for me to watch pre-season games...but it's nice just seeing it on t.v.!
