For my kids' sake, I'd have to choose B, because I can't imagine them not having a chance to swim or go to camp or do any other fun activities...
...BUT, once they're all graduated and moved out and on their own, I'd change my answer to A in a heartbeat...
...until grandkids entered the picture, and then I'd have to change my answer back to B again...sigh.

Happy Next To Last Day Of May! Today folks we have 182 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 155 days left until November, and 94 days to go until The Bers. Our next milestone will be on Saturday when we welcome in the Arrival of June. It will be a huge month as we really start off the 3 main months of sweating. We started our Summer Sweatfest here less than a week ago. And some sweating so far but not too terrible. It’s Thursday friends so let’s look below at our Thanksgiving Thought Thursday on this very SPECIAL day!
Thanksgiving is exactly halfway away now. I know we had an extra week but that happens so rarely I’m not even counting it. But I smile knowing that we’re halfway to Thanksgiving. It’s so exciting. Not scary. But amazing.
I hope you all take a moment today to think about Thanksgiving. Halfway is amazing. It’s the last chance you can claim that we’re barely halfway. But the 2nd half of the ride friends is going to be the most fun stuff of the year. Turkey friends all the best to you on this special day. Have a great Next To Last Day Of May!

Exactly halfway to Thanksgiving. Wow! In just six months' time I'll be watching the parade on TV. That entire magical week is going to be on my mind now almost every day.
Merry Thursday everyone! Our weather is quite bearable today and best of all..no rain! Had to do a photo shoot with my General Lee for a guys small business today. My buddy has a shop that looks like a 60's gas station so that was the backdrop. We managed to get hot turkey subs with gravy and fries for lunch. Going to try and find a pork belly for this weekend but they have been elusive lately since briskets hit $90.00+...crazy times

Nothing is cheap these days!
I didn't get here early enough to mark the exact moment of any one Thanksgiving event but I do know that six months from right now I will be enjoying my Christmas tree and lights!
So fun to look forward to. But I am glad we have all the joys of summer first.

The average number of guests surrounding a modern Thanksgiving dinner table is 10.
This one doesn’t surprise me. I think my guess would have been close to 10. So, it makes sense to me. We are in that 8-10 ballpark most years. I know some do bigger gatherings and others do smaller gatherings. But we all try to gather with those who mean most to us. Turkey friends I hope you are all having a great week so far and that path continues for you right into and through your Friday. Get ready for a great day. Less than halfway now to Thanksgiving! That sweat fest is still out there, but it makes me feel good knowing that each day we go through is one day closer to Autumn being on the other side!

10 is about right these days. I miss the days when we'd have almost 30 people before the family split up and went their separate ways. It's inevitable, though, I guess. The kids grow up, move off, have families of their own and then start having their own Thanksgivings. I will be a wreck when this happens to my daughters, but I have already told my oldest that I'd make the drive to wherever she lives even if it's clear across the country!
