I have been working on trying to perfect some turkey rolls a relative used to make years ago. Its hard to find the correct sliced turkey thats not the "turkey roll" or made from questionable things and molded into a turkey shape..lol I did locate some but you really need to get it cut when they hit the biggest section of the turkey breast. The object is to roll up stuffing in each slice and warm it up in gravy. The cheap turkey is a no-go since it picks up a bad taste. Price is also a consideration as 2 lbs of that turkey was the same as a whole Butterball that day on sale.
