It’s going to be cloudy with a high of 75 degrees today. I’m heading out soon to make a big food shopping trip. Bank home afterward to work on some chores around the house. I’m going to push my husband to take my Autumn decor down from the attic, I’m anxious to get started on that. I also have plans to go furniture shopping later tonight with my youngest & her fiancé. That’s about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a wonderful first day of September!!!
Happy Bers MMC! How's everyone doing on SEPTEMBER 1? I can not believe we're here...but we are. Going to start the Bers off by watching a Halloween show per my tradition. Pretty fun it starts off on a Saturday this year. Hope you all enjoy the beginning of the Bers!

Family picnic at camp David today, busy making potato salad and gathering things to take along for the day. School starts again on Tuesday.
Then get rest of things ready for entry into fall fair on September 19th. Going to be another busy month.

Hello all!
I am soooooo glad August is over! One of the busiest months I have had in a long time. Plus of course that means we are now in September! So as far as I am concerned it is Halloween season!
A Spirit Halloween is open in a nearby mall so we took a little trip there yesterday after school. In the coming weeks we will be decorating for Halloween, which is a fairly large undertaking (though not as big as decorating for Christmas of course).
The three-day weekend is a big plus. We have a Little League football game Sunday, but that is the only thing outside of the house that we have to do. I plan on relaxing around the house quite a bit while pacing myself in doing house stuff.
I hope everyone has a great first day in the 'bers!
