Merry Monday!! We have a chilly day out there and they are saying maybe a little snow tomorrow. I am taking my youngest daughter to the Dr today, she has been complaining that her legs and arms have been sore, it sounds like it could be joint pain. She is getting really anxious that there is something really wrong with her, I feel so bad for her. I initially thought it could be growing pains but once she said her arms too...I am not sure.
Just work for me today and I need to catch up on laundry.

Happy Monday, MMC!! I hope everyone had a good weekend!! I spent 4 hours yesterday visiting with my neighbor at the rehab facility he got transferred to. They have him doing 6 hours of therapy a day. It sounds like he’ll be released from there on Friday but they don’t want him to be come home and be alone. So I’m not sure where he’ll be going next. Nothing to much on my agenda today. I might go check and see what Christmas stuff is still left out there. I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Good Monday morning, Christmas friends!

Jacob and I got a chance to go fishing again after lunch yesterday. We didn't get one in the boat, but we had a great time with the bites we got, and it was a lot of fun spending time together on the pond.

It's a BEAUTIFUL day here in south GA, sunny and 75°.

Good afternoon, all! Just finally settling down here, since I got home from my appointment and got the kids helped with their homework. My appointment went well. The neurologist wants me off until I see my family doc on January 17th and then she will re-evaluate me from there. I know here original plan was to have me off until the first week of February, because she was hoping by then, my meds would be balanced out and that would give me enough of time to be rested up and get everything back on track. I already have a planned vacation last week of February and I never, ever call off - this is the first time I have called off in 5 years, so I think it is legit.

Anyway, not much planned for tonight. We just have to get the tree down yet. DD has private baton lessons for 30 minutes, but other than that, that's it.

You're welcome! I'm not sure what provider carries your games there. We have what is called AT&T Network here - it carries the Pittsburgh games, with exception of the Steelers. It doesn't carry all the Pens games, but the majority. That is why we had to keep the lowest cable package, because the NHL Network, blacks out the local games, due to AT&T and the agreement. It's all about the money. Anyway, I still think it's worth it. Like I told DH, in the long run, we are saving so much money and you figure, it's just like a phone or a computer, we'll have the devices and won't need to replace it for years. I like the boys will love it - there are so many things for them to do on it. The kids are loving it already. Mostly everything is free or there may be some apps you just have to put your cable provider in or may cost a few bucks.

We have Comcast, and they are very expensive. We still have a landline phone because they rig the prices so it is almost cheaper to keep it than it is to be without it. They also are our only internet provider in the area. We need to do something to cut the cost.

"Merry Monday" MMC! It's so dark & dreary out today - after 3 days of sunshine!! I hung clothes on the line both Saturday & Sunday - that's almost unheard of in January!! I'm not saying I love it, but the opportunity was there! I was bummed to wake up this morning to hear "regular" tv shows on HMM! And then I got home from work to no Christmas again. Booooo! So I turned on a DVR'd Christmas movie!

I guess we are heading to Florida next month!! My whole family (siblings/spouses) are going to be there at the same time. REALLY looking forward to it!! We are all staying different places, so we'll have to work out plans... a lot of other local people will be there at the same time as well, including my in-laws who are there until April - should be a big ol shin dig!

This is my 1st full week at the new job. My hours have been set for 8-4 with a 1 hour lunch Monday thru Thursday & then 4 hours on Friday! I will like that much better than 8-5 with a 30 min lunch. That just wasn't enough time to get home & let my Lu bug out, eat & get back. Never mind when she has a grooming appointment. They were also very cool with me going to Florida next month, so that's huge!

We did - it was excellent! DH found it on Pinterest. It was Bobby Flay''s recipe. I think we've only ever found one recipe on there we haven't liked. If you and your wife aren't on there, sign up. It's so worth it!

Good evening! DH and I are just sitting here watching the CFP National Championship. I am excited to see how well Clemson is playing so far. We ended up going out for dinner after DD's baton lesson - we had a gift card to use. That got me out of the house for a few hours, so that was nice.

Tonight was the first of the services for my cousin. My mom's/aunt's cousins came down to support our family from Massachusetts, which was a great surprise. We are so thankful some of them were able to come down.
My cousin's fiancé from Canada came down and it has been nice to get to know him. We still aren't in agreement about everything and question why they desire to get married so soon but are glad he car down to support her

Wanted to share this...Carolina drew this for my aunt so she knows that Zachary is always with her. People loved the picture and thought it was a great representative of him. One if her PreK teachers came as she was friendly with my aunt and told me that Carolina is sensitive to the needs of others and they are impressed with how she is handling everything right now
