It's ok. You're allowed. It's Thanksgiving!"C" for me. I always eat until it hurts. Sad I know. But it all tastes so good. I have no self control.
Yeah I couldn't watch it. I'm not big into it anyway but it was kind of painful to watch. So the New Years Countdown was a utter disaster last night. Not even sure why they bothered.
Mid May-Aug is the worst. Hot and humid and even though we have a pool its just miserable. So by the end of January, all three counts will already be in the 200s. I love it! It always seems like the 300s are a slog, but once we hit the 200s everything picks up speed.
Living in South Texas, I have to agree. People always wonder why I hate summer so much, and my response is always, "Spend one summer here, and you would too."Mid May-Aug is the worst. Hot and humid and even though we have a pool its just miserable.
It's true though. Especially after Christmas I'm torn at first between "I wish it could come again" and then immediately I start feeling this feeling of "I'm glad I have SO MUCH time to get ready for the next one." The ride is part of the fun.Glad to hear you mention "The Ride" back. There are times throughout the year that I really do believe that "The Ride" can be just as fun as the actual destination!
Jan-Mar is the worst (for me) if there is a worst. It's not so bad as long as we don't get brutal cold. I know you hate the heat and humidity...personally I love summer even though the humidity can wear on you after a while.Mid May-Aug is the worst. Hot and humid and even though we have a pool its just miserable.
