Cant even imagine the miles I have walked and mountains I have climbed chasing after those birds.
Looking slim!
Same here!Good afternoon friends!!! It's been a very busy day.
Pray for a better 2025!I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Ours was pretty good despite some bumps and some emotional moments. I came down with head cold the Friday before Thanksgiving and was pretty much blah that whole weekend which put me behind on shopping and getting the house ready for Thanksgiving. Thankfully I was off the day before Thanksgiving and had most of the shopping already done so it was a mad rush to get stuff done before the big day. Plus DH's aunt was recently in hospital and came home a couple days before Thanksgiving which meant she was in no shape to come over so we pack up dinner for her and her daughter. It was also the 1st Thanksgiving without my mom so between her and DH's aunt and cousin not being there it was a little depressing. Bright side was I found a new wine to enjoy .. a Cranberry Apple Moscato. Here's praying next year will be even better.
Glad for you!It was A for me. It was great but that is the normal for me.
Welcome back!I've been away from the Thanksgiving thread a few days. Good to see the counts are moving on. That 350 day milestone is coming up, I love that milestone on all holidays, it feels like it sort of gets you mentally ready for the long journey back. Have a great Saturday!
I think Thanksgiving is the one day more than any I want to just be home with family...I know a lot of people travel but fortunately I never have had to!I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving 2025. Our plans are to stay home which is my most favorite place to be on that day. 354 days to go!
