Happy Wednesday, folks! Mid-week is here. And I'm not going to lie. It feels like the week is dragging. I'm pretty sure I know why. And it's a good problem to have.

Not much change on the counts this morning. We're closing in on being 3 weeks away from JOL Day #6 and Fall Pre-Season, and 4 days out from the 50 DAYS TO THE BERS milestone day as well as the beginning of the 50 DAY PREVIEW OF THE BERS. That's going to dominate our daily thoughts and daily discussions for quite a while.

Two weeks from today, will be the very last time we see a 100 day milestone in this 2025 Halloween Thread. That is our very last triple digit count and we will have all double digits after that.

Happy Thursday, Pumpkin People! This has been a special week and it has went by nice and slow, as I suspected, because we are on the verge of a truly special time beginning this weekend.

And before I forget, today is my 15th wedding anniversary with Holly. We met on Halloween of 2006, I was in love with her the moment I met her. Started dating a few months later in the Spring of 2007, was engaged in October of 2008, and "finally" wed in July of 2010. What a journey it has been!

Today marks exactly 3 weeks until JOL Day #6. I think it might be the most special JOL Day outside of when we return to them in January each year after being off a couple of months. JOL Day #7 in August gives it a run for its money too. Hard to really "rank" them, when you get right down to it.

Obviously its mini-Friday, but more important than that it is 50 DAYS TO THE BERS eve eve eve! Some truly exciting things are happening this weekend. I'm getting the jitters just thinking what Saturday is going to feel like, standing on the doorstep like that. Have a great day!

TGIF Halloween Friends! We are FINALLY at the Friday of THE 50 DAY PREVIEW OF THE BERS WEEKEND. It honestly feels like a holiday today. I'm sure tomorrow will feel like a holiday eve, BECAUSE IT IS.

You can see in the counts above that we are now exactly THREE WEEKS from Fall Preseason!

And obviously the big milestone this weekend is 50 DAYS TO THE BERS on Sunday, which begins a truly special time here.

Back from a week's vacation and can't believe the counts! I feel like I time-traveled. Also hit TJ Maxx today and lo and behold there was Halloween. Not a ton, but pretty darned good for July. And yes, it has begun.... I bought my first item. Torani Pumpkin Pie syrup for my lattes, come fall. Now I'm on high alert for Mickey's Not So Scary Pumpkin coffee grounds.

Happy Saturday Pumpkin People and Halloween Friends! As the sign says above, it's a milestone eve once again. The biggest one of the year? Perhaps. TOMORROW marks only 50 DAYS UNTIL THE BERS. And of course that means that THE 50 DAY PREVIEW OF THE BERS begins over in The Daily Holiday Hangout Thread. I have long felt that outside of the Special Post Series in the Christmas thread, that the 50 day preview is the biggest even there at MMC.

Looking a tiny bit further down the road, we can see that in less than two weeks, we will be at 100 DAYS UNTIL HALLOWEEN, and folks, that is our very final 100 day marker here in this 2025 Thread. Our counts are in double digits beginning July 24th, and we won't see any triple digit counts again until we launch the new 2026 Halloween Thread on Halloween night.
