I admire your stamina, but that would scare the heck out of me as I have already turned 63. Doing 60 reps of almost anything except breathing would certainly put a "kink" (pun intended) in my exercise routine. I could just see myself! At first when I read your email, I was confused and thought you guys did the workout right after margaritas!!!

Good morning everyone! Starting off cold here this morning (43), but it's suppose to warm up to 70 today with full sun so should be another nice day. I don't have much going on today. Need to put together a grocery list so I can go grocery shopping tomorrow. I'll pick up my daughter and her friend from school today and take them to dance class. Then the usual stuff tonight... dinner, kids homework, showers, etc... Hope everyone has a wonderful day today!

The tea was excellent and the fired twinkies were seasoned and frosted to perfection.
The crowd was entertained by Binger riding on Carl's back slurping a coffee-persimmon blend while wearing a signboard promoting their next opera chapter and a good time was had by all.
Carl extends a personal invite to you with a complimentary first glass of Sweet Southern Iced Tea. (Just be sure there's TEA in it. Don't let that tricky camel try to slip in some of his experimental coffee!)

We are NINETY PERCENT of the way to the Season, meaning we are now entering the home stretch.
That final leg goes quickly so everyone had better start gearing up for the Season.
(You 5 "special posters" had best get crackin' on your message preparations!)

Sunny and calm this morning and we stand exactly at 50 degrees.
It is supposed to reach about 80 by this afternoon.
Hard to believe a 30-degree heat-up but we shall see.

It looks like the rain is breaking saw a little bit of that big bright thing in the sky earlier this morning. Our Halloween decorations took another casualty LC threw and smashed one of our nicest ones a pumpkin with a black cat coming out of it, we are running out of decorations at the rate we are going. Back to work later today, and then early tomorrow.

We leave for a short vacation in the mountains today! The kids are out of school Friday and Monday, so we're heading to the mountains after school today. We're planning to attend a huge fall festival that'll have several musical acts, including Lynyrd Skynyrd & 38 Special, two of my favorites!

I'll be here at work till 2pm, then I'm outa here. I still don't have a laptop, so I won't be able to check in till I get home on Sunday.

We have reached another MILESTONE!!! Yay!!!! Happy 90% day everyone!! Cool chilly morning here in Jersey but it's sunny and beautiful. Just a nice fall day. Columbus Day weekend is approaching, and there will be some nice sales around for those who may be in the mood for Christmas shopping. Well everyone have a Merry Day. Last night was very busy at work, we have like 20 differnt computers acting up for some reason or another. So i read we reache the final milestone sweet, i am so glad i am here with all my new family. Now the count down to when the weekend starts woooooot.

I read your post on what happened and was trying to remember what my teens said to me that might have hurt. It's great that they are grown and you do forget about what they did and said as teens. I had to think really hard before I could reply.

My son is 20 now and I don't recall anything hurtful from him. My daughter who is 24 now has said a few things but as I recall I was able to brush it off as a "teen thing".

They are both grown and treat me with respect. My son lives here at home and in college so the only issue I have with him at times is to help around the house but overall he is good. Even though my daughter might have said something mean in the past she is opposite of that now and we are very close!

Your son will grow up and realize your the best and will treat you with respect! They do outgrow it. Good luck! cheesy

Thank you! I have always been blessed with good natural stamina. Fortunately, the workout was completed after margaritas. Thankfully, we are all in good physical condition and near the peak of our physical ages, so it worked out pretty well for us. If we are still around toward our 40s, I am sure we will taper down the workout.

Good morning everyone here...not having a good day.You know how it is when your kids(in this case my oldest son-16) say things to you that really hurt you?? Well that's what has happened to me this morning. Now, I'm a person that believes in tough love, but sometimes it hurts pretty bad. I don't want to continue to be a downer, so I will just leave it at that.

hope you are alright.. i remember being 16 and i used to say such a mean things to my mum and then cry about how rude i was... when you are sixteen you sometimes happen to say things you don't even mean because they pop into your head, but it must be tough... hope you are well...

I sit here typing with one hand because a 5 week old kitten is asleep in the other. She came to live with us yesterday. Owners said she was 7 weeks old, but vet says she is only 5 weeks. She is so tiny, only 12 inches from tip of nose to tip of tail. When she runs around her tail sticks up straight just like a mouse's, so she named her "Mouse"

Hi everyone Holland has beautiful autumn weather and as i walked to my volunteer job this morning i was really enjoying myself.
I help older (75+ ) people clean their houses, go shopping, pay their bills (tax can be really hard) and other little things. This morning i was with a lovely couple that had their house a little decorated for christmas... they told me they get one thing out every week starting in september, and then decorate their entire house the first week of december... they were lovely!
Really got me into a good mood

Tomorrow and the day after me and the redaction of the cake decorating magazine i work for will go to a cake decorating fair, i assume it will be great but really tiring and busy
