We are having 35 mph winds, and it has dipped down into the mid 50s. I wish I was at home with Harlowe, in front of the fireplace!

I wondered if you were finally enjoying that beautiful brief get away. The library sounds great. I've become more of a tea drinker these days and have tried some different blends from David's Tea and grabbed a flyer so I can choose the next one before I get there, otherwise, it takes far too long to make up my mind. I have a cup or two of coffee in the morning, but I find it makes me more jittery than tea so I'm cutting back. I don't need the coffee beans to keep up my momentum, that just happens naturally from my inner TIGGER.

We're still celebrating, actually. We have a 25% anniversary coupon from a local restaurant, so we're going to have an early dinner there today.

I'm not much of a tea connoisseur---plain old teabags suit me. I never got into loose tea and special blends.

Sounds like a good plan for tonight!! :) Right now we have 20 mph wind, but it's so nice & warm! They were calling for rain this evening but it looks like they took that out of the forecast! :cool:
My uncle who lives next to Mom (her brother) is celebrating his 95th birthday today! The family is having an open house for anybody that wants to stop in tonight. I'm hoping to make it over there at some point.

Good Morning, MMC!!!! Wow!!! Internet connection on a Monday. Something is wrong here!!! LOL!!! It's going to be a warm day here with a high of 80 but tomorrow we get back to the fall weather for the rest of the week with high's in the 60's. There is even talk of frost next weekend. Things have been going okay here. Just been hitting the job hunt hard. Mom had another TIA over the weekend that led to us spending most of the day at the ER. They said there was really no reason to keep her though because they had already done all of the tests that they could. So they sent her home that night. She is getting around a little bit better today but still pretty shaky and having a hard time getting up out of the chair or couch by herself. In good news though, my niece in seattle who has the arthritis is finally showing enough improvement that they are going to take her off of her monthly infusions at the end of the year. The said her body just needs a break from the harsh meds. They know she will eventually flair and have to go back on them but hopefully she is able to go for quite a while before then. Well I better get back to the job hunt while I actually have connection. You are all in my thoughts and prayers daily. I hoping everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Good afternoon Made, it's so good to hear from you. We miss you very much. I'm sorry to hear about your mom, please know that I'm praying for the both of you.
I'm glad to hear that your niece is showing signs of improvement, hope she does well off of the meds.
