Anytime!
Harlow would love walking there. Hope she isn't afraid of horses though ...
She would definitely be curious, maybe bark a little.
We have a lot of farms around us, so she sees cows and horses grazing. But there has always been a fence between us. She really likes to watch them =]

I can relate, Edge. I lost my father when I was 17, over 25 years ago from Pancreatic cancer and I lost my mother this past June to Colon cancer. I'm thinking my chances to avoid it aren't too great, but I plod on everyday hoping that someone will find something to defeat this dreaded/deadly disease.

Sean
I know how you feel but it does not mean you will get cancer because they did. I think eating healthy and exercising like you do helps prevent it too. I read recently how exercising does crazy things to your body in building up prevention to lots of diseases including cancer.

Ah yes it is gorgeous there. It is down south. I have never been there myself but it's a popular holiday retreat. How lovely your mum has been!!!!!!!!

You would love England! So many cosy , quaint little villages and towns. We would love to have you!
My Mom & Dad love to travel. They've taken big trips every 5 years or so, after saving up. Their favorites have been to England, France, Italy, Scotland and Ireland. Mom & Dad love to explore the countryside.

I know I'd be in heaven!!
Adi & I plan to visit one day. I'd love to see you!

That sounds like a plan! I would love to meet you!

Your parents would love the Lake District in Cumbria. Beautiful countryside, lakes and quaint little villages.

We take short breaks there quite often. My favourite village down there is probably Grassemere. It has a famous old gingerbread shop since 1854.

After picking up gingerbread we stop at this little place for tea. I always like listening to the stream as it gurgles past.

Hoping to spend a few days up there when Mum visits this summer.

Too funny - I debated last night between snowflakes pecan chicken & the Salisbury steak... if there weren't leftovers, I'd be making the pecan chicken tonight too - but we have leftovers to eat so maybe next week! Can't wait to hear what you think of it!! It sounds so yummy!!
Enjoy your Moms company if she comes, or a nap if she doesn't!
Have a great day!! How's Maggie?

Maggie's doing alright but she doesn't sleep through the night anymore. Some nights are better than others but last night was not good. I feel like I have a newborn baby again and I'm way too old for that! Hopefully tonight is better!

Thanks so much!

She has her dental surgery tomorrow. And I'm nervous already, been dreading it all week.
She will be there all day long, and will be quite frightened herself.

Please keep her in your prayers!

I'll be praying for your baby girl and for you as well. Please keep us posted ♥
xoxo

Sorry to hear that you didn't sleep well, friend.
Hope you can get some rest today. Thinking of you.
Hope you love the pecan chicken recipe =]
Have a blessed day!

Thank you so much Snowflake!

Hope you sleep better tonight. Enjoy your visit with your mum. Dinner sounds delicious! I love pecans!

Thank you Festive!
Enjoy the rest of the day!

Good morning to you HMG...Hope your day is going good so far:)

Thanks Prancer, it's going pretty well. Hope your day is going good too!

They are predicting 3-5 for us but who knows?? I am wondering if the kids will have a delay or a cancel because of the timing?

Yes it's going to be bad timing. Fingers crossed that it won't be too bad. Be safe!

HmG, hope you sleep better tonight.

SnowflakeMom, Merry, HmG, enjoy the snow. Be safe.

Thank you so much Meceka!
I hope your day is going well!

Amen. My father passed away from cancer when I was 12. Back then there was a lot less prevention etc. obviously but I think we all know someone who's been affected by some form of cancer!

I can relate, Edge. I lost my father when I was 17, over 25 years ago from Pancreatic cancer and I lost my mother this past June to Colon cancer. Hmmm I understand. The time goes and suddenly it's been years and yet it still feels like yesterday. I lost my father many years ago too.

I'm so sorry, sending hugs and prayers to the three of you.
xx
