Good Tuesday Morning MMC! The Ides Of March...and already almost halfway through the month. Looks like the overcast chill is here but it's supposed to warm up the next few days. This time change has made me a little tired in the mornings but I know within a month or less it will be lighter out again in the mornings. Not too bad. Other than that just rolling through my week. Lots of fun stuff coming up. My sister's bday is this weekend so we're gonna have some pizza, cake etc...as I say 10 year old kids bday type stuff...some of us still love that more than some fancy restaurants (like me).

Good morning MMC! Happy Tuesday!!! I'm not sure how much I'll be around this morning. We have the ISO audit at work. YUCK! I do not like it when that man shows up every year. LOL! But I hope you are all having a wonderful Tuesday so far!!

Hope it goes well and it's over soon. I feel your pain. I hate audits at work. Everyone is so stressed and my boss is temporarily insane till it's over. Good luck!

Nice and warm yesteday but we were under a severe thunderstorm warning during the evening hours. Lots of rain and some lightning but no strong winds.
Today should be clear with highs in the 80's, as our surprisingly warm weather continues.
We show 57 dampish degrees here, currently.

Thank you so much. It's been a rough night. The poor thing has spent most of the night on the bathroom floor. She texted her manager last night and the woman is expecting her to come in today because they're busy. Unbelievable, I am so mad. I don't know how she would expect or want someone with a stomach virus to go in to work. I told her to call the lady when they open today and tell her she will not be there. I can't even imagine her being ready to go back tomorrow. Grrr.

Not much planned for today. I need to pick up a few things at the supermarket. Other than that I will be staying close to my daughter. I'm so afraid she's going to become dehydrated, she's taking little sips of water but can not keep anything down. Ugh. I really hope it passes quickly.

Good evening MMC! Work was crazy busy today but hopefully will slow down a bit towards the end of the week! We had chicken fajitas for dinner...they were good. Tonight my oldest daughter and I are watching The Bachelor Finale. She is begging me to stay up later and promises she will get up in the morning..lol Enjoy the rest of your night and I will check in with you all later.

Good evening everyone, just wanted to pop on quick. It's been a really hectic day and one of my daughters caught some kind of stomach virus. I'm praying no one else gets it. Hope it passes quickly too, she looks and feels awful. I've got to run, I'm going to check on her again. I hope everyone has a good night. See you in the morning!

Evening everyone. Today was a crazy end to the school day. During 7th period we were told to go to their was a tornado warning for the area, so we went to our designated locations. We were there for about 15 minutes and then were given the all clear and returned to class. By this time it was time for the next and final class period of the day. About 15 minutes into that class we were told to go back to our tornado locations as a new tornado warning had been issued. We were there until the end of the school day, however, we had to stay there as we could not release the students during a tornado warning. We ended up staying for about 30 minutes past the end of the regular school day. The students were of course not very happy. The tornado threat was indeed real. There was at least 1 and maybe 2 confirmed touchdowns and at least one other tornado spotted that did not touch down. Luckily they were no where near the school. It certainly made for an interesting end of the day.

I was thinking about you yesterday. I kept hearing on the news how schools had to take cover, were released & then had to take cover again. I was wondering if yours was one of them. So glad everyone there stayed safe. Crazy video from Arcanum though! We have done business here at work with the guy who's barn was torn apart there. Crazy!

Good Tuesday morning, and Happy Milestone Day, my Christmas friends!

We had a large "virus event" (as the corporate IT people call it) here at our facility yesterday. I was a little complicit since I told the girl who got the popup window that, since it was Verified from Microsoft, it should be ok. It wasn't. It dumped one of those ransom viruses on our server, locking down all the files. It included a txt file with a demand for money to get a release code to restore the files. Luckily, we backup every night, so we just restored the backup from the day before. But it took all night. Glad it's behind us!

I'd love to punch a virus writer in the teeth, and then ask him just how funny that was.

Anyway, things are back to normal today, except I'm a day behind.

In all fairness I was younger and had less bills so it was a little easier but if I had to do it again I could (only cause I'm really cheap and saved a lot of money). I was miserable there though...so it was an extreme circumstance. Hope I never feel that bad again somewhere!

I didn't get chance to read or reply to posts yesterday. It's another busy day ahead. Hopefully I'll get a chance to catch up with you guys later. We have our first viewing of the house this morning! My youngest and I will go to the shops while Laura, our estate agent shows them around.

We are mid way through March!!!
