It makes us Bers/Autumn fans smile in the summer heat!

Good Morning, Everyone.
Another Weekend -- another exciting report on our dwindling count.

And dwindling we are.
Just look at our Season count number and marvel at the fact we are now down to less than 4 weeks to a DOUBLE DIGIT count!

Days to the Season: 127
Days to Christmas Day: 169

But we get ahead of ourselves.
There is another Milestone to get past that is much closer. And that marker is the 2/3 Season point, looming a scant FIVE days ahead!
WOW. The proximity of these Milestones is making me dizzy!
(In a good way, of course.)

Still more rain both yesterday afternoon and evening, again accompanied by severe weather warnings.
More precipitation possible later today, but a respite should occur on Sunday when things are predicted to be calm.
We currently observe 74 sunny degrees here on our back door thermometer.

Haha...mid 70s here but very humid. Can we just have autumn weather and not rush to the snow!

Well that's why they sell those lighter autumn jackets. I have a few good ones good for temps in the 50s and 60s.

I usually just put on a flannel shirt or something. Of course I spend almost year round in shorts..lol

After running a few errands this morning, we decided to go couch shopping another day. It's been raining non-stop since 11am so we just rented a few movies and are staying home instead. We're currently watching The Witch (well I'm only half-watching because after seeing The Ring I refuse to watch horror movies for my own sanity), then we have Spectre (latest James Bond) and Whisky Tango Foxtrot. Hope is everyone is having a good Saturday.
