Just checking in and saying hi.
212 days til Christmas means i have between 32-40 days until I can put in for a vacation for the week between Christmas and New Years, I have done that for the last several years. It is such a great family bonding week. I cannot wait!

Well just spoke to my mom's physical therapist and said she is doing a great job and are looking to send her home next Thursday.

LOL, I love to sit on the front porch during thunderstorms, too.

I agree!!!! Me and my neighbor spend alot of nights sitting in our rocking chairs watching the storms move in.

Well I am home from a very warm morning of work. They are saying that we could see storms today but I keep looking at the radar and don't see anything popping up around here. I don't have much planned for the rest of the day. My allergies have been acting up the last couple of days so I might just take some pills and lay down for a nap. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! I missed a day. I did not come on here at all yesterday. I have been really busy and it's not easy not having my laptop.

Thanks for everyones well wishes on my granddaughter. She felt much better the next day, no fever.

I gave in and turned on our central air. I hold off as long as possible but when I needed 2 showers within 3 hours from feeling icky and hot I decided I couldn't wait any longer! It will be in the mid 90's the rest of the week.

Anyone have big plans for Memorial Day weekend?

My brother is having his 8th grade graduation ceremony tomorrow. His party on Saturday. Then the Blackhawks are on at 7 on Saturday!

Well, really really long day of work. As matter of fact, I didn't get done working until 10:30 but did we get some good stuff accomplished. We have really set ourselves up for the summer. We did so good, my Boss told me to take a day off tomorrow, so four day weekend for me!

Just got a pot of coffee and am enjoying that first cup.....man....is life good right now!

Happy Friday!!!! A lot cooler here today - a high of only 70, woo hoo!!! I'll take that over 90 and humid any day of the week. We heard back from the seller of the house we want yesterday and she countered... we countered back with something reasonable (at least we think so!) and our agent is feeling pretty positive. We should find out sometime a bit after noon if she accepts it or not! I am praying!!! If all goes well, we'll be moving July 18, just a month and 5 days before my due date... just in time!!

Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

My lawn mower finally works! I never thought I'd be happy to cut the grass, but it's gotten out of control while the mower was broken. I'm surprised the neighbors haven't mailed me a letter of greivance...j/k.

The remodel marches on. No plans this weekend except working on the house.
