What exactly is your job if you dont mind me asking?

I work as a sales rep for a company that represents a couple of different brands. I have about 300 stores that I have to go to every 6 weeks. Most of my stores are chain stores so all I have to do is go in and check to see if they are carrying what they are authorized to carry. At independent stores I inform them of any deals that are going on and I also try to get them to carry more of our products. If there is a new product coming out I usally have free samples to give out. I get paid a certain amount per store no matter how long I am there but 90% of my stores I am in and out of in less than 5 minutes though so it works out quite well.

Good Morning all! Its suppose to be a little cooler here today in the low to mid 80's..only for today and tomorrow and then back in the 90's. I will be leaving work early today to take my 10 month old son to the doctor. He was in the hospital when he was 3 months old and they did a catheter because they thought he could have had a UTI...well there could be damage because the hospital did not do it right. Im praying for the best, I hate to see my little man have to go through any pain. Have a nice Tuesday everyone!

I will be praying that all is okay.

Good morning!! I haven't been online for quite awhile, but I was just watching a Christmas episode of Frasier & it made me think of all of you! I had to stop by & say hello! I hope you are all having a great summer! It's been so hot/muggy here & lots of rain!! Summer is going so fast already!! I'm off to read what you have all been up too!!! Have a great day!

Thanks for stopping by!!!!!!

Good morning everyone!!!!!! I went out and worked for about 2 hours this morning and now I am home to wait on the cable guy. Half of my channels keep going out and it is getting really annoying. It looks like we are going to get another round of strong storms this afternoon and then it is supposed to dry out for a few days. The heat and humidty is going to remain though. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've been together for four years in July. It is a pretty strong relationship. I did not notice that it was censored! That's quite funny! Take out the *'s, Nip*i*s*s*ing University. It is actually one of the most - if not the most - highly regarded Teachers College programs in Canada. Certainly the top in our province, at least. I think that I will be able to get a placement in Ottawa as well. This means that I will be only gone for about six to seven months...

Thanks for the advice, Brad.
.
That is a good thing it's a strong relationship. That way it will work out if you are apart but I know you will miss her.

Good Morning fellow MMCer's

Busy day yesterday, but back to work today. Vacation from work begins in 19 days, I can't wait. It is going to be a "staycation" but it will be 2 weeks long, and my sister is coming home July 6, she is staying for a week with her 1 y/o daughter, but her husband has to work. She lives in S.C. now and she is also pregnant with her second child, so we are looking forward to her visit. The day she leaves my 5 y/o son goes in for his tonsillectomy, hopefully that will cure his sleep issues. My 2 y/o son is potty training! He is very interested in it (loves flushing) We reward him with an M&M every time he goes just to keep him motivated it worked well with our older son. My boys are playing in the bedroom listening to Chipmunks Christmas, I love hearing the music. I can't wait until the season is here.

Have a great day!
Prayers to your son for a speedy recovery.

Enjoy your vacation!

I hope they get it fixed soon!

My mom and I are taking the grandkids to a spray water park. I love it because it's just spray fountains they play in and no worries of kids going under water like they can in swimming pools. You still have to watch them no matter what but it's just easier to watch them there.

Have a great day all!

I hope you enjoy your time with your sister! Oh no I hope your 5 y/o surgery goes smooth. I had my tonsils out when I was 22 years old and it was pretty rough but I hear its a breeze when your little and for some reason gets a lot worse as you get older. Let me know how your 2 y/o does with potty training , I am hoping that once my 10 month old is potty training it will be a little easier since he will have his older brother to look up to and help him out cheesy

That is a great way to see when all the Christmas stuff comes out, and when all the deals hit.

I had my tonsils out when I was 7, I remember lots of ice cream and mashed potatoes, my grandmother says she had hers out twice, they grew back after the first time. I hope my 2 y/o doesn't lose interest, he wants big boy pants, and he wants a big boy bed, he is doesn't want his toddler bed anymore.

Sounds like a cool job!

I hope everyone had a good weekend, mine was ok.
Spent yesterday ordering things for my father-in-law's Surprise 60th birthday party, ordered him a GPS, and ordered the M&M's that will have his picture printed on them, it was expensive but it will be a nice touch in the candy dishes around the house for the party. We have less than 2 weeks to get everything in order. I spoke to my grandfather last night, he has his leg amputation surgery tomorrow, he sounds very upbeat, (he has always been cool as a cucumber) and according to my grandmother he can't wait. Which I found surprising, until she explained he has been dealing with the skin cancer for over 5 years and it will be a relief for him to be rid of the cancer. I will let you all know how he is doing as I find out the news. Well I am going to watch a Christmas episode of Married With Children.
Have a good day!

Hope all goes well for your grandfather!

Went into Hobby Lobby Friday and they had one aisle of fall stuff.....all the summer gardenish stuff was on sale and getting low.....Won't be long....

Oooooh! I'm going to have to go and check ours!!! cheesy

It is really hard to believe that it won't be long & Christmas things will start to appear in stores again....but it's true!!! Holy smokes time fly's!!!!!!!

I will be praying that all goes well with your sons tonsillectomy. My 2 year old niece just had hers out three weeks ago. She was quite crabby the first couple of weeks after it but now she is back to her normal self. My sister plans on starting to potty train her after their vacation next week.

Holiday, my friend! Long time no see.
Have been missing you at the 'Pines. Carl's been asking about you, too.
Good to see you back.

Well the cable guy was just here and fixed my cable for now. He said that even though they just replaced all of the lines coming into our apartment complex the way they designed the network here in the complex is all wrong. He said there is way to many connections and with the heat outside the signal strength is just getting killed. He said that they are planning right now to come in and rewire all of the buildings next summer because everyone here keeps having the same problem over and over and over again. So I hope they don't change their minds.

We had to have my daughter's tonsils removed when she was 6. It scared me to death, but it was fine, and now she breathes much better at night. I hope yours is uneventful, too. cheesy
