Christmas Countdown - 2010

Good morning everyone!!!! It is going to be another hot day here in central Indy. There is supposed to be a major cool down tomorrow according to the weather man. We are going to go from 92 to 87. That is still 7 degrees above average for this time of year so I don't know how they consider that a major cool down. My plan for today is to watch the Colts play the 49ers and the nascar race. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

We fnally got a little rain last night, so it's a little cooler this morning. Of course, that means the humidity will be out of sight again this afternooon, but who cares?!

We took the kids to see "Despicable Me" yesterday afternoon. It was a fun movie!

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure everything will turn out ok. You and little man will be in my prayers, for sure!

Still waiting around to leave, my wife decided to go to her Aunt's house to pick some blueberries last minute before we go so here I am. Woke up around 4AM this morning because I smelled fire, I freaked out ran around the house everything was fine, a neighbor must have had a campfire and the wind must have changed and blew the smell toward our house. It really is a lot of work! But...I`m sure you will agree - ITS FUN! I find that I have such a difficult time putting down the guitar once I start playing! I`m trying to get a few things done in the house before I start again today. I would love to hear your song once you learn it! Perhaps you could post it on MMC!
 
Good morning, Christmas friends. It sure is hot here. 10:57 and already 101. I'm sick of it. But hey, it is what it is, so I might as well get used to it.

Bout to eat breakfast with wifey. She has made us some eggs and toast to go with my coffee......yum! Tomorrow, we enter the 80's til the season? Wow, quick ten days. That's a good thing though.

Just got back from getting groceries - and although it is raining a little...it is soooooo hot and muggy out there! I had to play Christmas music in the car when going from one shop to another so that I could have the songs playing in my head as I shopped!
 
Oh...and it smells like Christmas in my home today!!! While I was out...I came across a scented candle...apples and cinnamon! Ohhhhhh...the feelings and the scent of Christmas combined is soooooooo AMAZING!!!

Tee-hee-hee...when I first joined the site and saw Caninemom3's profile name - I kept thinking it was "cinnamon"! It wasn't until days later when I realized her name is "CANINEmom"! Sorry CM!

Awwwww...I just love the smell of cinnamon!!! It brings back so many fond memories of my grand-mother and my aunt's kitchen at Christmas when I was a little girl and would spend Christmasses in New Brunswick with all my family.

Good Afternoon, Christmas Family !!!

Not much going on today. It has cooled off a little bit since yesterday so not as miserable outside. Worked today but ran out of dictations........:-? Not a good thing as today is the end of the pay period !

It's almost time for Christmas In July on QVC !!!!!!!!!!!
 
Oh man...I woke up this morning with a headache...and it has turned into a migraine!

My son and his girlfriend just picked up our grand-furchild and are on their way home. At least we had a chance to visit a while!

I hope you are all enjoying your day!
