Not a whole lot planned for tonight.......My WONDERFUL sister got a copy of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows, Part I for me so I am going to watch that tonight.....Gotta get ready for the finale in July !!!!

I'm so glad Wishbone is doing better! Did you have fun watching HP 7 Part 1? I have yet to see it and I need to get on that before July!!

What? Brent is online? Who is that guy? I know. I know. I disappeared for quite some time. I will apologize for that. My reasons? Well, I don't really have any. To be completely honest, I think I have some form of anxiety of returning somewhere that I have not been for a week or so. It's strange. More so, when things get busy, I tend to have to stray away from one thing, too.... Consequently, that led me to having no time for MMC. Hope that makes sense. Again, I apologize. I love the Season. I love this place. I love the people.

I am back, again. In my news? Well, I graduate from teachers college in about a week and a half. I completed my course at the end of April. Since then, I have been hanging out at home - unemployed - or volunteering at my final placement (a Grade 7 Math and English class). My associate teacher was fantastic and I definitely owe her a ton! Plus, the kids are (mostly) great, too!

Well, I hope all is well with everyone else. I look forward to being on here as much as possible for the next 6 and a half months until Christmas as well as 7 months of the year. Could it be that close already?! Wowzers!

I missed you all and I am glad to be back!!! All the best to each and every one of you!!

wow what a day ive had!,its now 12.45 am here and me and a few pals are heading off to london in the next 5 minutes,we have just bagged some tickets to the champions league final between man utd and barcelona(soccer),basically its like your superbowl but 10 times better,it has come at a cost thou,tickets cost £550 each from a private seller!,we thought why not as its a once in a lifetime chance to get hands on such tickets,we are just going to leave now and should get to london by around 3.30am and we are going to hit some clubs until the early hours and then get some sleep and then start making our way to the match,hope everyone has a nice weekend.

There will be a lot of happy people at work tomorrow as Bruins fans have been coming out of the woodwork the last few weeks, hey there is plenty of room on the bandwagon. I don't know how close you are to Boston MerryCarey, but WBZ was showing a lot of people out on the streets, probably nothing like 2004 with the Sox, but it only takes a few idiots to turn a good night into a bad night.

Congrats to your Bruins! I'm not a big hockey fan (when I do watch, it's usually the Penguins or Flyers since they're the local teams), but I think Bruins/Canucks will be a great series!

The idea of this seemed like to me that the cat would be annoyed and I wasn't sure I would like the video at first. Actually the cat seems very content to be wrapped! cheesy

That is the greatest video! I wonder if Sangria would actually sit still...I think she'd probably make it until the first wrap part, then try to eat the paper and fight out of it. Still, I might try it this Christmas!

Actually...I don't really think I'm doing anything. Might be getting together with Travis's best friend and wife, some of the usual gang, but nothing in the way of picnics, surprisingly. Plus I have to work on Monday, which would suck if I weren't getting paid time and a half!

What a fantastic result! I couldn't believe they pulled it off. The Bruins are going to the Stanley Cup Finals! Congratulations on that. Now, we just have to hope that the referees call it much like they did last night. The excessive diving from the Canucks is an absolute embarrassment to the game. Good luck. Good call on that. I had a training camp today. It was supposed to rain, but, instead, it was very beautiful with some nice overcast. To be honest, we haven't really had much nice weather yet. I think it has rained for about 24 of the 28 days this May.


As for the rest of the day... We are having a team party at a teammate's house. It should be a fun time! I think I must get ready for that now.

Watching the news - apparently there was an earthquake in Philly last night!! Close to where there was a (small) tornado last week, too... crazy!

can't stop thinking about christmas! i'm thinking of plans and activities that i want to do this year, i'm thinking about shopping and presents and i'm so excited as this year is the year it really begins for my daughter (she'll be 2 in september) i can just imagine how great it's going to be when we leave our milk and cookies for santa, and i keep thinking of her little face when she wakes on christmas morning and sees her presents that santa left!

Lost my last Uncle at the age of 88 and we will be attending his funeral in Florida over the weekend.

I am so sorry for your loss, Crown. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We are getting a little bit of a break here for a couple of days. It is going to be in the 60's and 70's today and tomorrow but then we get 90's for next week.

We are going to be close to those temps, too. I'm just glad it quit raining!

By the way - just wanted to say that I love the compassion that I see here towards the victims of all of the recent storms. The Joplin storms hit close to my heart as a Missourian, but also because it is hitting home because of the damage done to our Chick-fil-A there. All of the team members are safe and accounted for - but every single one of the employees houses are completely demolished and so they have no where to live and now their job is compromised bc the store will have to be completely demolished and rebuilt - a 6-8 month process. I just can't imagine. The Oklahoma storms were also a very large scare as the town that was hit first, El Reno, is where all of my family is at. Very frightening to watch on the news and not be able to do anything about it. They are also all safe, praise God!

I'm glad they are safe, but so sorry their homes and store were demolished. I am praying for all those affected by those storms - it is so heartbreaking!

Good afternoon, everyone. I am home from school a little early as I got a sub so I could go to the doctor with hubby. My mouth still hurts and I found out why. It is very bruised inside my upper lip and there is a huge blood blister! Yuck! It hurts to talk because the tooth rubs against the upper lip and it can't seem to heal. Ouch!!

I was home sick again today, stayed in bed the whole day, or up to about 2 hours ago. Just feeling so lousy. Bruins lost last night so game 7 for all the marbles again tomorrow night.

I just got my grade for my thesis! and I got a 7 (that's kind of like a B I guess) I am so totally excited, this means I graduated all courses for my BA degree I did it, I can't believe it, but I did it!

Not TOO hot yet today - made dark chocolate chip Belgian waffles this AM and headed to the farmer's market. Our house is right by the lot they do it, so we get lots of pop in visitors on Saturdays, which is nice. Saw a lot of friends already and it's only 10:45!

Too many cookouts the rest of the weekend!! I hope we can make them all but I'm not making any promises with a baby in tow! Jude loves to travel around, socialize, shop - you name it. NOel - not so much!

I am slowly getting back to normal. I am still fighting off a sinus/allergy infection and it is so tiring, but I am feeling much better than I was. Thank you everyone for the get well wishes - they warmed my heart! cheesy

Tomorrow is Mouse's fifteenth birthday - I can't believe I have had her that long! It seems like yesterday that I would sneak her in the house and feed her extra-special food so she would get bigger. She was the runt of the litter and had the added disability of having only three paws. I worried so for her safety from predators while I was away at college. She has never acted as if she had a disability and can still run and jump and destroy my book markers. I am so blessed she is in my life!!! :dance:
