Good morning my christmas friends
Its cold here this morning. but dry think its about 7/8 c
Have a busy day in front of me have 3 pallets . but have some help from so hopefully it will not that bad
As its paddys day on saturday. my mates are on my case already !! i wood need to devide myself in 3 . am trying to get them all together but there is always one that wont play ball
As well am trying to find out if the shops are open or shut and some are and some is not. so am 50/50 as a saturday is a busy day and wood find it hard to close. one of the girls refuses to do it but the other one says she will do it to about 2 my partner says he will take over then as he does not go out. the monday is a bank holiday as well to make up for the saturday.and some places will be shut to. so at this moment am not sure what way am going lol
Anyway hope this morning finds you all good and all furbabies as well.
Right time to get dressed. think i will give another cup of tea a miss i have had 4 already !!!
Have just seem a thing come up on my internet page. red meat will kill you !! so thats the next thing i may stop eating !!
So will keep in touch during the day you all take care and have a good one and stay safe

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

We had a long, busy weekend. The Wildlife Festival took all day Saturday, then we went out to eat and got home at midnight.

Yesterday afternoon, my son and I relocated his deer hunting stand and cleaned the area around it. It wasn't really very warm outside, but after dragging away a few trees we cut down, I was beat!

Then, Nancy and kids were up till 11:30pm last night doing homework and projects that are due today. Sheesh. It's not usually like this, but since it's TAX SEASON and she's an accountant, she's working weekends, too. I'm ready for life to get back to normal.

my boss's hubby is an acct. too & she always says from late january till mid april she doesn't ever see him. sometimes he even spends the night in his office.

How was your weekend?!

Mine was great, had a blast w/ my girlfriend!! Always good to catch up. We went to a new Hibachi restaurant Saturday night- it was excellent! And entertaining! On Sunday, we went out to brunch & met up w/ her Mom & friend who were also in town. We had so much fun! And I'm very tired today!!

Hubby & I also had a fabulous visit w/ my parents last week. We went hiking, saw a Cubs game, and just hung out @ their casita. I learned Euchre (again, lol- can never seem to remember the game) and we had so much fun playing it every night! My Mom wants me to be the sub for her card club someday when we move back =-)
Was bittersweet, though- hard to say goodbye since that was the last time I will see them before they head back to the midwest in April.

I have been dragging for two days. I took a 3 hour nap yesterday, so sleep shouldn't be my problem. For weeks now I am in bed & sleeping for eight hours, but I toss & turn & dream all night. I am not getting the full eight hours of sleep. I try not to eat or drink before bed. I'm thinking of giving up the iPad before bed too. No appetite the past two days & I always have an appetite. This too shall pass...

Finally a good day at work, it was nice to be smiling while working again. I have volunteered to drive my wife to her seminar tomorrow, she doesn't like driving long distances by herself, so I will be trying to entertain myself in a strange area for 7 or so hours while waiting for her. I did read there is a Christmas store in the area, so I may have to search it out. It will be a long day. Tomorrow is also the 21st anniversary of my mother's death, I will be very close to the hospital where she passed, so I feel a little strange about that.

good a.m. ya'll!!
my son & i were very busy yesterday. managed to get all the junk taken off & then had to go get crush & run for the potholes in our driveway. i thought we wouldn't have enough but turns out it was exactly what we needed. i tried to help as much as i could but i ended up being the one to rake it level after my son shoveled it out. man oh man what a workout!
needless to say, by the time we were done, my face felt as though it was gonna blow off. my sinus' were crazy. took meds & tried to take a nap.
then my daughter wanted me to call our cell phone carrier about her speaker not working....i was on the phone for 30 minutes or so. what's w/ that? they were actually trying to troubleshoot her phone to determine if it could be fixed. hello, can't fix a speaker issue like that. i was so aggravated, my head was pounding, & no offense to anyone out there but, the person troubleshooting could not speak english hardly. every thing he said i had to ask him to repeat. ugghh!
sorry, don't mean to vent, today is another day & i'm sure it will be much better!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

Have I said lately how much I LOVE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME?!?! Wow, I got almost a week's work done yesterday afternoon. My shoulder hurts from reaching around and patting myself on the back. And my son has really gotten strong enough to be a big help, too.

Today is Tuesday, my afternoon with my daughter here at work while Nancy takes our son to guitar practice. I know I see her every evening at home, but I get to spend more one-on-one time with Jacob during the week than Elizabeth. Looking forward to 3:30!

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be another warm day here in central Indy with a high in the mid 70's. Tomorrow we may hit 80. That is just to hot to early for me. I want my 50 and 60's backs. I need to do some work around the apartment today and then I might work on some plans for next Christmas. My sister here in Indy has decided that she is going to go out to see my sister in Seattle next week. So me and mom get to babysit my niece's next week while my BIL is at work. That means a lot of my days are going to start at about 5am next week. Not fun. Well I'm off to get something done. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I arrived at work after working out at the gym and running on a stairmaster....then I eat 3 bowls of captain crunch at work!!! ugh I have no will power at al these days...I need to get motivated like I was when I was 22 years old..of course those were the days before I found out about life and thought looks were everything that was important(sadly it still is to alot of folks!) but not the ones I usually associate with.lol well I am done beating myself up for the day and it looks like it will be kind of cloudy here at work and kind of busy so I better go...I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!! we are getting down in the low 200's as far as the countdown to the holiday season goes!!!!!!!!

I turned it on at the end waiting for another movie, I think I can handle it now. I need to watch the entire movie next year. =)

Dawg and Brad, I am glad someone likes the time change because it's killing me!!! :lol: It takes time for me to adjust. I am usually in bed by 9 pm every night and not too fond of the sun just barely going down when I go to sleep. I will get over it though! =)

Meceka, my dog gets antsy in storms too! One of my dogs pace the whole time it rains.

Made, that is scary about your niece even though they say she is okay. I hope that doesn't happen again.
